I had him drill up 4 new balls for myself and family and even after staying so late for me he still took the time to ensure everything was 100% perfect. Lastly, I was interested in buying something and he was the first to tell me NOT to buy it. He is not there just to make a sale, he wants you to have the best equipment for you. If you want to find deals you really have to comb through every rack and section of the store. It can be worth it if you have time. Beware they've started selling full priced merchandise here now too. The shoes seem to be the best area for a deal along with the youth sports section when your sport is off season. The workers are always nice and it's worth a stop in, but just not as good as when it first opened. Lots of parking options.

They had all the shoes we wanted to compare and Sean was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had and even ones we didn't know or think to ask. Any options she knew she wanted to try were brought out and even a few more to make sure she was satisfied with her choice. Sean was personable, patient and eager to help. After the custom fitting, he suggested for her to move up a half size from what she'd been wearing. She has a history of foot issues and I was excited to see how this would help. One day in and she's noted that she's much more comfortable. Sean seemed to really care about making sure we chose the right shoes and gear and we were never rushed. From start to finish, I can't think of another time I was this impressed with the level of service received. We'll happily recommend Up and Running any chance we get and will be back for future needs.
