I had to call three times to get the time set up properly. The guys were great...sarcasm. The guys came in, set up the equipment. I told them the wrong bike was delivered. They called the owner, took the bike away and came back with another one...which was fine but an hour wasted. I never received a call to apologize, nothing....I am no longer surprised by this. The guys were rushed and showed us the 'on' button....unbelievable. The equipment is great, expensive but great. When buying the equipment and explaining my back issue and how concerned I was about even using equipment the owner kept saying that don't worry you have free hours...he was going to work with me in the gym area of the store and make sure when home I'm using the equipment correctly. He asked if I could come in the next day, I could not. He said "I will call you next week and we can get started". As I said I was there 2 hours "We will help you" "Your core is everything" He gave me a very positive attitude about getting myself where I need to be. I was even explaining to my sister that after the free hours are used (I had a lot) I would probably keep going in there because everything he was saying was true. I never got a call, I have called twice, no response....I bought the equipment, I listened to him for two hours and done. Would I recommend this place? No No No. Website talks about integrity, the signage on the door continues that theme. I cannot believe I fell for this, I am shocked as I am not easily swayed. Advice - Go to Dick's Sporting Goods, get the equipment at a lower cost and go hire a trainer at the gym...you will save money and not feel like an idiot.

When I returned the putter because I wasn't satisfied, the refund process made absolutely no sense. I was only refunded $12.24, then charged $70.05 for two other clubs, and told I still had a $57 store credit remaining. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told "that's just the way it is," with no real explanation. Because of this, I felt forced to pick out additional clubs just to use the credit--something I did not originally intend to do. The whole situation made me feel like I was being treated as if I were trying to scam the store, when all I wanted was a straightforward return based on the store's policy. To make matters worse, one of the older employees took a phone call in the middle of my transaction and aggressively pounded on the keyboard, acting like I was an inconvenience. The level of customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. What's especially disappointing is that just one week ago, I had an excellent experience at the Play It Again Sports Springdale location, where the staff was professional, helpful, and handled both a purchase and return with no issues at all. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Red Bank Road location.
