Extremely expensive!!!…read more Definitely NOT worth the value for the money or cost per hour. There are more bowling alleys to choose from that are a fraction of the cost that this one is. Upon entering, there is small bar on the right where you can order drinks, food, and play Keno. The bar is small but the drinks and food are reasonably priced and the food tastes good. Service was good and the bartender/server was friendly. The patrons, likewise, were friendly. There are lottery machines conveniently located just outside the bar where you can purchase lottery tickets and Keno tickets. We were told it was easier to get out Keno tickets from the machines rather than the server trying to enter them for us. The bowling alley itself is well lit and nice. It has regulation lanes and a few bowling balls, but the bowling ball selection is limited. My girlfriend and I were able to play one hour, which included shoes, for $32. The price seemed reasonable. The scoreboard machine has a variety of themed options. For example, there was an Angry Birds option where you could play five frames. There are also just straight up options with scoring only and 10 frames of play. It had been awhile since either my girlfriend or myself had bowled. However, we both had a blast and our hour of time went by quickly. This bowling alley is older looking but it is nice, clean and all of the employees were very friendly. I know I've went by this strip mall many times and didn't even know a bowling alley was even in there. It's kind of a hidden gem but I would go again. Service was great and it was not overcrowded. I highly recommend. My girlfriend and I had a lot of fun!

BEER IS TOO EXPENSIVE - it's a bowling ally for fucks sake. We are in a beer and pizza league…read more Four player teams. For $20 per person each week we bowl 2 games and get a pitcher (4 people for one pitcher) it also includes a large two topping pizza. We were told no league games on holiday weeks. Then, they decide to bowl anyway the week of Thanksgiving. Our team missed the bowl due to holiday plans. We were told we could come make up the games another day. We go in Sunday, pay our $80 and are told no pizza since it's a make up day. THIS IS SUCH BULLSHIT if you want to piss your loyal customers off then so be it! The new owners have JACKED THE PRICES WAY UP who wants to pay $17 per pitcher and $5 per beer? This is a freaking shitty ass bowling ally struggling for business. No happy hours, food quality has gone down, I'm sure they pay their employees shit for wage but want their loyal customers to over pay while they under deliver? Seriously for our last league night there was ONE employee in the entire place. The "cook" quit the week before and the bartender didn't show up. The new owners need to get their shit together and stop ruining what used to be an awesome place.

I'm writing regarding an extremely disappointing experience we recently had at your establishment…read more Unfortunately, the level of customer service and professionalism we received was unacceptable from start to finish. We were charged for an extra hour of pool even though the area was completely empty except for us, and not one employee informed us that our time was ending or had already expired. Every other billiards establishment we've been to gives customers some kind of warning or reminder before charging another full hour, especially when staff are literally standing around and the place is not busy. Instead, it felt like the employees simply allowed the clock to continue running so we could be charged more money. The male employee working the front counter around 10 PM 5/18 who were responsible for billiards seriously need better training and need to pay closer attention to the times assigned to customers. It came across as careless, irresponsible, and honestly felt intentionally overlooked just to squeeze extra money out of us. Customers should not have to constantly monitor the establishment's timing system themselves while employees fail to do their jobs properly. On top of that, we were also overcharged for drinks due to another staff mistake. We ordered one drink, yet the bartender made two. Before the drinks were even handed to us, we clarified the mistake, but instead of correcting the order, we were told that "refunds aren't allowed" and still charged anyway for something we did not ask for and never intended to purchase. Charging customers for an employee's mistake is unacceptable. Between the lack of communication, poor attention from staff, refusal to correct obvious errors, and overall unprofessional handling of the situation, this experience completely ruined our night. It's frustrating to spend hard-earned money somewhere that clearly does not value fairness or customer satisfaction when there are plenty of other places nearby that are cheaper, more organized, and actually respect their customers enough to communicate properly. I would appreciate this situation being taken seriously and reviewed by management. At minimum, I believe compensation is warranted for the extra hour charge and the incorrect drink charges, considering both issues resulted directly from employee negligence and poor service. As it stands now, we do not plan on returning, and I would be very hesitant to recommend your establishment to anyone else unless this situation is appropriately addressed.

The guy working the deli counter also was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place itself had plenty of seating and was quite clean. Definitely a perfect spot to stop in Dayton to get a delicious sandwich and a refreshing beverage. They also had signs posted allowing kids during the day which is perfect - they can play the old school arcade games while you wait for your food! Highly recommend!

There was a great selection of local beers on draft plus a larger selection of cans and a few cocktail specials. There also a deli that made some damn good food. It seemed like they had a motto of being nice, which is a great addition.
