The only negative I suppose would be that you should make an appointment to get your skates sharpened when I was in there wasn't busy at all however I can see that potentially it could get pretty hairy in there as when I was leaving the states started to pile up. It's located in a nondescript strip mall next to Walgreens and unfortunately Walgreens put up a bunch of posts so you cannot get into their parking lot from Walgreens.
