He was super helpful, explained what I needed to bring, the weight of the rod, the sinking weight of the line & the technique for sinking flies in big lakes. I ask for some flies and he mailed me a very nice box filled with wet flies & some sinking leaders. So.... went fishing & OMG!!!! you would not believe the fish we caught using the flies Bo sent us. What a way to greet a customer. I asked her how she was doing today and she stated "I'm not doing very well." (So Negative) I asked her what was wrong, showing some concern, and she stated "what can I help you with, I don't have time for your BS." I simply stated I don't have time for your business and hung up. What a way to be approached by someone that advertises as a business. Boycott Camp Time, like the beer company. I assumed they were all the same and judging from the reviews, many have had a similar experience here. But... We were on a two-week RV trip and on the first day, one of the rooftop vents blew apart because it had turned so brittle. On our way through Spokane, we stopped and I talked to Jacob in the service dept. He helped me find the correct one and then got on the roof and installed it with me so we could get on our way and stay dry. I also asked him about the quick-connect hose for our outdoor shower. We never got one when we bought the trailer (brand new) and our local store said they don't come with one -- you have to buy it separate. They also couldn't help me find the right one to buy. They just left me to figure it out. Jacob's attitude was, "Give me a minute to look around and see what I can find." Within a few minutes he came back with the right hose and sent me on my way. KUDOS to Jacob. At least SOMEONE at Camping World knows how customer service is supposed to work!
