Back when I ran marathon I would buy my shoes from nowhere else. That was 25 years ago. Today I took my daughter there for an early Christmas present. That was a mistake. We arrived at 11am and sat waiting until John opened his door a half hour late. As a courtesy we gave him a few minutes to settle before walking in and were greeted with almost a scowl, made to feel like we were an inconvenience. He had my daughter take off her shoes, asked her size and without another word produced a couple models for her to try and walked away. Trying to make small talk with the man to hopefully engage him a little, as a retail shop owner should be, was next to impossible. Top this all off with door handles that haven't been washed in at least 25 years. The inside in disrepair, smelling like a men's locker room with half empty shelves and what was there strewn about like a bachelor's pad. Positively the worst retail experience I've had in a very long time, perhaps ever. My advice to John is sell the place while he still has a shred of brand equity left in the name and call it a day. He clearly didn't want to be there and this was clearly not the place I remembered. My daughter and I walked away feeling very sad for John, very upset with the whole experience, and bought elsewhere. P.S. I tried to post this review at Superpages and was censored. Any 5 star rating seen there for The Run In is completely manufactured. Don't believe it.

He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

It's kind of off the beaten path so I hope they get more traffic. It's a cute store and they have a nice selection of shoes for kids. Where to begin?…read more Let's start with the process. Easy-peasy to use their scheduler, make a change in date. Done. Then the fitting itself. Connor Murray was assigned to me. The boy knows his stuff! Whether it was the latest equipment, using the Tracer to analyze my swing mechanics, or giving a couple of tips on swing path (without giving instruction, since he doesn't yet have his credential and I don't want to get him in trouble, haha), he knows what he's doing and talking about. And last, there's the Ethics and Integrity thing. After spending sufficient time watching me, Connor's suggestion was to work a bit on my swing and maybe take a couple of lessons, rather than buying expensive new equipment. He said he could sell me something, but Chris's (Cote, the owner, I presume) philosophy (and his, Connor's, as a credentialed PGM club fitter) is to only sell equipment if it's going to improve what's in the bag. Connor said the clubs I have are excellent, fitted to me, and there's no newer technology that he could sell me that would be an upgrade to what I already own. He gave me a big bucket of balls, his card, and the card of their head pro instructor with a suggestion to set up a couple of lessons. Call me jaded, but in an age where someone's always trying to sell me something I don't really need, this not only impressed me but has now turned me into a raving fan of his and Chris Cote's Golf!

We got there as soon as it opened and there was one person manning the entire store. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the differences and features of the treadmills even though he had tons of work as he had just returned from vacation. We ended up picking one and he was also very honest in setting expectations for delivery (especially since there was none to be had right away). He also suggested a mat to protect my floors. Once it came the delivery guys were friendly and competent in advising me on where I could put it and also how to maintain it going forward. They set everything up and I didn't have to worry at all.
