Mango macaroon and (1) Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea
    Monica M.

Cute place, the service was definitely friendly and helpful providing good recommendations. The coffee macaroon was very tasty, the mango was OK. Those were the only two I tried. I had a classic milk tea with Boba pearls. It was pretty standard, but tasty. Overall, a good experience on our trip here to Virginia.

This Sharetea just opened recently and so I had to try. I got the Okinawa milk tea with herbal tea. They originally make the wrong order for me but then they were quickly able to fix it and brought it to my table. Service was exceptional. They also sell the cutest stickers for $0.50. Kids would love this. The place was not as crowded when we came in but got a long line after 10 minutes of us coming in. Everything was great but not loving the parking situation since parking lot is always so crowded but there is a parking garage if you can't find a near by spot. THe only complain I have about this place is the trashcan placement. It is located in the corner by the cashier instead of by the door so if you want to throw your trash away, you'll have to go past the line of people to throw your trash away. Other than that, love the service and love the tea.

This place is dangerous for me because I work out at the World Gate gym. I cannot leave the gym, see a bubble tea place, and not get one! I made the mistake of trying for the first time and finding out that ShareTea tastes quite GOOD! Both my workout and wallet are in trouble! The place is super tiny but have a few seats to sit indoor. It's more of a take-it-to-go kind of place. Nothing wrong with that. It's bubble tea after all. Plus, the parking at the World Gate can be crazy so it's good to park for a few minutes and leave. I've tried the classic black tea and mango passion. So far, it's a 2 out of 2 win. I'll be trying something else next. The staff here is super friendly and also know that you can pick up tiny bubble tea stickers for a small fee!

Love getting the chance to check out this new Sharetea location. Service here, super friendly! I ordered my usual of Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and it is just as good as always.

We decided to stop by for a drink after we heard of their recent grand opening! - Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea -- my go-to order! it was perfect with less ice and 50% sweetness The interior space is decent for small groups with a couple of tables inside. The service was quick and their staff were friendly and brought the drink to my table when it was ready!

Since I am here on grand opening day, I don't want to be too critical over small things that will affect my star rating much and I will post an update later. The employees are still going to need time working out all the kinks and memorizing the menu. Customer service was great and they were able to answer questions I had too about their drinks, thank you! The interior could use a tad more color and less harsh lighting. Maybe add some plants or something haha. Located in Worldgate Center next to the theater and Panera, there is a parking lot out front that is usually full, but extra parking in an underground garage too.

Not the best first experience! I went there excited to try a new spot. I think the two people were new and one of them wasn't hygienic with making the drink. He also couldn't figure out how to get the drink right and kept going back and forth. I had already paid for the drink and ended up just walking out. Disappointing but hopefully after a few months it gets better!

Their black bean burger is unique and delicious; their pomegranate muffins are to die for. Their sushi bowls, molar bowls, confetti bowls( please see the menu photo) are so unique and exquisite. All the dressings are made in house and they are stupendous. I have missed out on the soup a few times( sold out in the first hour). The place is casual with tall seating stools and a self help table w plastic ware and napkins. I don't think I am doing a good job and justice by writing about this. Not even close. Two weeks ago, I ordered two bowls and paid extra to add peanut butter and banana to both. The bananas were missing from both bowls. Yes, I called and asked for my $2 back. It wasn't about the money--it was the principle of paying for something that wasn't included. I did get a full refund on one bowl. Which was greatly appreciated. Today, June 9, I ordered the same two bowls. I tipped 20% (the default option), and the bowls themselves were made correctly. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The employee behind the counter never greeted me, never thanked me, and seemed far more interested in her personal phone call than helping customers. When I walked in, she briefly put her phone down, handed me my order without saying a word, then immediately picked her phone back up and walked to the back to continue her conversation. I'll definitely continue coming here because I genuinely like the product, but based on these experiences, I won't be tipping going forward. Good food can keep customers coming back, but good customer service matters too.

The smoothie itself was just okay--not something I'd really crave or feel compelled to come back for. What stood out more was the service experience. There was a male and female working behind the counter, and both myself and another customer were standing at the self-order kiosks trying to place our orders. The screens were frozen and not working, and the employee acknowledged they were down--but neither of us were greeted or assisted, even though it was clear we were waiting. The female employee was also on a personal phone call during this time. After I walked over to let her know the kiosks weren't functioning, she confirmed they were down, asked the caller to hold, and then set her phone aside to take both my order and the other customer's order. Overall, the issue wasn't just the malfunctioning kiosks--it was the lack of basic acknowledgment or greeting while we stood there waiting, especially since the staff was already aware the system wasn't working. Once engaged, she did help, but the initial customer experience felt disorganized and inattentive.
