I wish I took pictures of the food and drinks but they were so good that I didn't even think of it! I would love to rent this venue out for my own vacation event in the future!

The octopus was so tender served on blue tortillas with marinated onions. Perfecto. My son had the tacos de arrachera. Flank steak. Super tender beef. Prepared with chile chipotle. Must try. I then enjoyed the tostada de pulpo en tres chiles. Yes, three different chiles. It was not spicy at all- just delicious. Take my word- just order it. You'll thank me later. The guys in the shop took the time to get me fitted to the bike and made any adjustments needed without hesitation. They also provided a nice newer helmet(several to choose from). I rode a few days while there, a mix of gravel around town and the single track ride over to San pancho. The trails are found on the trail forks app. Any competent mountain biker would be fine. If I could do it over again I would probably have hired the guide for half the day, just so I wasn't having to stop and get my phone out at every trail intersection. They were building new trails and I look forward to headed back down there asap..

I have fished out of PV several times and the advantage is that it is out of the Bay of Banderas and closer to the best fishing to the north. We went to two different spots and the water was extremely choppy (they can't control that, there was a storm the previous night). However, there are two beaches at the location where snorkeling might have been more accessible, if they had let us know about it. It would have been helpful to know that there were other options the morning of the trip. If they had told us, they would have been able to charge us for that add-on. But no information was provided about the beach access. In terms of friendliness/helpfulness, they were amenable, but not terribly friendly. I second the other reviewer who said they kinda felt like cargo. They were friendly enough to a local family who was on the trip with us. Endeavor to speak Spanish to the guides and they might be more friendly. Overall, we came at the end of tourist season and the staff and guides seemed harried, distracted, and ready for a break.
