My husband and child went zip lining while I enjoyed a couple of margaritas (best I had in PV) and read in the restaurant. The food was delicious, my daughter loved playing in the river, and we got to hold a toucan, a lemur, and a marmoset. Overall, a fantastic experience at a reasonable price! Something to be aware of--the seats on the boat aren't very comfortable and my back and hips hurt a lot by the time we were halfway across the bay. Taking the truck might be better for people who need a backrest and leg room.

Our guide told us "go order your food, then go enjoy your photos with the animals while you wait for your food" this was smart advice. I am not one that is a huge fan of animals, but I will say that the staff was very friendly and really was patient with us and the animals. The food was amazing! It may be a little pricer than other areas, but you are paying for the experience with the animals too. There is no cell reception at this location, and there are signs to swim at your own risk in the water below the restaurant. I really wish I could have done a canopy tour that included the zip lining as it looked awesome from afar! But I was still happy to settle for eating sat the restaurant and interacting with the animals. Pro tip: if you're American and paying with a credit card with no foreign transaction fees, be sure to have them charge you in pesos to your card. You'll thank me later

She had a sign with our name on it outside the airport. Paid her in cash for the full round trip service, They offered us drinks and took us to Sebastian who would be driving us. The drive took about 45 minutes to the Conrad. They returned to pick us up like promised. Arrived when they said they would and took us back in a private car. Definitely worth the service and peace of mind.

At the Puerto Vallarta airport, we walked past all the drivers with their signs until we exited the airport and was outside. Right outside, we found our name and Vallarta Vamanos representative. He double-checked our information, reminded us to pay the amount in cash, and offered us bottled water. Then, he directed us over to the side of the road where our driver would meet us. Alvaro was the one who picked us up and drove us over to Punta de Mita which is about 45 minutes away. He was friendly and told us about the surrounding area, like the new Vidanta World that is being built in Puerto Vallarta. He asked if we wanted to stop for some great seafood, there was no extra cost to make a little stop before we got to our destination. So we said sure, and he brought us to Bucerias and we ate at a nice restaurant where he said they go out to get fresh oysters. The oysters were huge! We enjoyed the meal and he sat with us and he told us some stories. The view was nice since it was sunset time. Afterwards, we went on our way again and he brought us to our hotel. He was super nice and friendly! Our ride back to the airport after a few days of vacation was also pleasant. Our driver was someone else and he was also professional and friendly.

The tour's first stop after picking us up was a distillery. It was okay. The Ranch was beautiful and celebrates its 30 year anniversary soon. We then stopped at a candy stand that had fruits, souvenirs and drinks for sale. Everything was reasonably priced. We then visited San Pancho the beach was breath taking. Then on to Sayulita! Beautiful town. We stopped at the Beach Club for a lovely lunch....although I think it was priced for tourists though (kind of expensive). We walked around a bit and enjoyed the beach. The reason the tour gets three is because the van (#4) that they picked us up in was raggedy! The air conditioning was pretty much non operational beyond the drivers and first passenger row! It was so hot that people in the van repeatedly asked for more air. The back three rows were miserable and dripping with sweat for the entire ride. The driver seemed unconcerned. I got off the van with elevated heart rate and heat exhaustion. I cannot believe that I paid for this tour. The windshield of the bus was cracked, the AC didn't work. The tour guide (Jose) was very friendly and kind. If they try to Pick you up in Van #4, you will be miserable if it's hot outside! Bring your fans, wipes and whatever else because the van is like an oven!we had Sweat pouring down my body and my eyes watering because it was sooo hot. That was ridiculous and we could not enjoy the tour.

We then had to reach out to them for an explanation before anything happened regarding pick up. Then the A/C in the tour van was terrible! The seats were SO small I simply couldn't fit into a seat...period! The tour itself was a bit pedestrian. It was stopping to show us a tree. Next to a Tequila Distillery for some samples (not bad). Then on to a coffee plantation which cranked out bitter coffee & then a small town tour. One high note was the lunch. It was very authentic in my opinion & was some delicious Mexican food. The most irritating thing about the tour was the guide (Adam) who was a former teacher was he talked to us like we were his students. I for one, didn't appreciate that kind of communication. Do a different tour!

We originally were supposed to travel w/10 families, but 6 cancelled due to the cartel leader being unalived over a month ago. We almost cancelled our trip due to the travel advisory and friends and family advising us not to go for safety reasonings. We had no issues on our trip and even travelled into town to do some glass shopping. Anyhow, I chose this company based off the good reviews and we wanted a trust worthy transportation company during this uncertainty. First off, I'm so glad I saved the pic of the directions on how to find them after baggage claim. Since it was our time in PV I didn't know what to expect at the airport. I can tell you that the shark tank with of scammers that don't work Vallarta will "pretend" they work for the company and will ask you for your name and try to mislead you that they are Vallarta transfers in the airport area where you see all the signs. I remember to meet with the people in the airport but my hubby and I almost fell for it cause they literally let us know that they were looking for us and worked for Vallarta transfers. Has actually called they said before you exit the airport. I can't believe we does. It seem so truthful. Read this! Do not talk to anyone in the airport for this company. They will say they work for the company and they don't and they will sign you up with a separate ticket. Those are scammers and should get arrested for this.!! I yelled at them to leave us alone! They are great liars and con-artists!! Ignore and BEWARE !! Exit airport and walk to left and cross the cross walk where you see the yellow stripes on side walk... you will than see a tall blue flag with "Vallarta Transfers" and a sign with your name. It was very nice to hear that we were at the right spot. That day was so crowded because it was a holiday weekend. And our driver had to wait an extra hour for us. Anyhow, it was very nice and relieved to see the right company and it was nice to be drinking a coronarita on the way to the resort. All the staff was very friendly and talkative. One person name that stood out was "Christopher". I remembered his name because my brother's name and he was very helpful giving us suggestions and telling us about the town. anyhow, the airport is 15 minutes from "Dreams" if anyone wants to know. We ended up doing the one-way pay instead of the round-trip pay. I guess we could've saved 30 bucks if we would've booked Uber XL on the way to the airport. We are promised that we would get beer on the way to the airport when we returned, please see the photo of the receipt. Then they emailed me and said sorry, we only do beer when we welcome you at the airport, but not when we drive you back on your departure. So that is why I give the four star review because in the email invoice they indicated they would give us beers both ways but it wasn't true.. It was $60-65 one way w/o tip. What I should've done was book Uber XL from resort to airport as it was giving me quotes for $17-23 one way without tip. We just had a ton of luggage that is why we booked it both ways. Ended up taking a Uber to town mid trip. It cost us $7 each way. We didn't have a bad experience. I Hope this review Will help you out on your next adventure. Yes we would use it again for one way only if we had less luggage. If You're traveling with no kids and less luggage and I would say go for the UberXL you will save money.
