Horrible horrible!! I was trying to call and get an order to go I called about 10 times thinking maybe they're just busy but they never answered so I decided to just go into the restaurant and order when I tell you it was empty it was empty only 1 table of people there I called while I was inside the restaurant just trying to see thinking maybe the phone just doesn't work...nope the phone was loud as day and this is a reoccurring problem every time I try and order from this restaurant

One of my favorite spots for purpusa. You have to keep an eye out for the sign cause you can miss it. This place looks like a regular house from the street and trees can hide the sign. I have yet to eat inside for whatever reason. The staff is always nice when I pick up and my order is always correct. Plates are always hot when I'm picking up my food as well. The purpusa itself is packed with meat and is seasoned perfect. The corn tamale is always cooked just right and has the perfect texture. If you're craving Salvadorian food I highly recommended this place.

    Mushy plátanos

Small place, authentic Salvadoran food! We recommend only eating the pupusas if the owner isn't there. The owner provides great service and this time was a total 180. Today was our second time here and we were in LOVE with the place after our first impression but today was unlike the first. The owner wasn't there today so our beans weren't fully done and they were greasy!! The plátanos looked like mush on my daughter's plate and she noticed the difference from the first time so she refused to eat the plátanos (she's 4). The tamale was completely destroyed! It looked like they'd dropped it and still put it on my mom's plate. The waitress did not check on us after she brought our food. Again, it's a great place if the owner is there - otherwise, keep driving.

    Good food! All done.

The food is pretty good here. I like it. It's the only reason i come here. But this is a salvadorian establishment. You are not gonna get proper salutations of the day, or your food/ drinks in a timely manner. They know they have good food so they don't give a shit about you and your feelings or customer service. I'm sitting right here as I write this. The food was outstanding! I loved it. We're the only people in here. I wish I could pay to leave but I haven't seen anybody check on us for 10 minutes. Me and the cook are making awkward eye contact. There's our waitress. Oh, too busy? It's cool. There's a free video arcade system here. My kids are entertained. We had to get our own condiments. Booth table barely fits 4 plates and cups. If you want good food, but want to feel like your bothering the wait staff of 1, with your demands for drinks and food, this is your establishment. Also, as all salvadorians, the ladies will curse scream about call in customers. If you have kids, they will learn new curse words here. My kid just learned the word "pendeja" ....thanks for that. Awesome pupusas. I will be back, to your shitty service, just for your food. Reminds me of my family that hates each other! Childhood suppressed memories galore here. Highly recommend. But don't expect good service, byob

Our server was super attentive and he made sure that everyone's food and drinks came out at the same time even if someone came in later. I had the nachos with beef fajita and chicken, and I thought it was pretty good, it has the same set up as nachos from Pappasito's and my only complaint was that I asked for a side of sour cream to go and was charged a dollar for it. So if anything keep in mind that if you request an extra or even a condiment on the side, you might get charged a small fee.

The food was under average. 2 of us had the Tilipia dish and the flavor was good but it was super salty. If the chef cut down on the salt it would be excellent. The vegetables on the dish were nice. We couldn't eat the fish even though we asked for extra lime so we can squeeze on it. The shrimps dish was over cooked so the shrimps were too dry. The steaks were barely OK But the appertizers were good. We had pupusas and the plaintain Service was nice but we had to flag down the manager since our server was no where to be seen.

I went there due to seeing their instagram story about a $10 meal deal (2 pupusas, a pastelito, and a soda) but they had run out of pastelitos so I had to quickly choose something so I'm thankful that they were happy to help answer any questions. It's a small food truck located in the same parking lot with Fiesta off Paton and Cavalcade so there's no seating or real space to eat (unless you eat in your car). They're also honest about the wait time. They said it would take 15-20 minutes and they didn't go over their time estimate. I have only had pupusas a handful of times (I'm from a small town in WA state that only had Mexican restaurants since only Mexicans lived there, so don't judge ) and can say these were the best I've had thus far. They were freshly made and piping hot when I got them (I had to put the bag down from my lap because it was too hot) and remained so throughout eating them. The cheese was gooey and stringy and their salsa has a nice little kick to it. It wasn't greasy or too salty which is always a plus. I ordered the revueltas (pork & cheese) and added beans to them. They are HUGE so be mindful when ordering them (they also taste better the next day if you have any leftover). These were definitely worth the price. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks if I know where they sell good pupusas. Let's just say I'll be going in again (they're so close to me). I hope y'all enjoy.

Beware, they play loud Christian music. They have a small grocery store within the restaurant where you can find all types of Salvadoran products. I wanted a fruit drink and asked to try the cantaloupe juice first. It was artificial and too sweet. I'm glad I didn't order it. I was appalled when I saw the price of the fruit salad drink. It's $7.99. Who do they think they are? I inquired if they have a small size. They don't. I wonder how many folks purchase it. This is a low-income area. I got down to business and ordered a cheese and loroco pupusa. It was of course served with curtido (cabbage) and a tomato sauce. The pupusa was good but I've had better. The sauce was watered down. I would probably go back to have a pupusa if I'm in the area. But it's not my favorite place to have them.
