I bought a ProFormance ProView 554 during March Madness and last weekend, the weather was FINALLY good enough for the PlayN'guys to come out and put it up . . take it from an ordinary customer: Real Deal. My boys can barely make the rim flex, but I'm a little more experienced and I go at it with everything I've got . . I finally have the hoop I had only dreamed of until now. It co$t a little more than other hoops, but I wasn't going to buy a hoop for my 4 boys - and all their friends - to dunk on just to have it all bent and stooped over after the first weekend. I go at it like college Chris Weber . . not alot of high flyin' . . lets face it: I'm not what I used to be . . I'm satisfied with a steady dose of hard, physical two-handed punishing dunks . . and when it stops shaking, its as true and level as can be and ready for another rep. Glad I stumbled across the ad, glad I went in and once I saw one up close, it was a done deal. I'm not a gym guy and I finally have my own workout: Shoot some jumpers and free throws and shoot from wherever the ball ends up to get the heart rate up and a good sweat on . . then bring it down to 9' or so and work the core with some power-dunks. Thank you PlayN - the gang put up with some less than ideal conditions they day they came out to set the base, or should I say, the two trips they made to set the base. Great experience all around. Our experience with PlayN Wisconsin was phenomenal. We bought a SpringFree Trampoline (11' squircle) and a custom play set together. To be honest, I'm a bit of a pain in the you-know-what customer. I have a special needs child, and so I'm very picky about, well, everything. In fact, they made three trips to our house to add/change things to fit our needs, and they were very gracious and accommodating. I couldn't be happier! The trampoline, which is much higher quality and safer than anything you normally see, is a huge hit (p.s. pay the $200 to have them assemble it; we didn't, and we regretted it!). Adults and children alike jump on the trampoline and it's more of a workout than I ever imagined! And the play set is AMAZING! It is high quality, infinitely customizable, and beautiful (I even decorated it with wind spinners and outdoor pillows). Since I knew our special needs son would use both the trampoline and the play set well into his adult years and beyond, I planned accordingly and went big. He LOVES it!!! So do my other kids, pets, neighbors, and us! I can't recommend PlayN Wisconsin enough. Their products and service are the best and you'll be very happy you went with them. read more

We bought a Spring Free Trampoline from PlayN Wisconsin a couple years back when we lived in the Madison area. Fast forward a few years...we moved to Milwaukee and were in the market for a swing set. We priced out a swing set at a competitive location and it was around $2,000 more for the same type of equipment. We only priced out the swing set with a local company because we figured it would be easier to deal with someone local. I was wrong!!! I called PlayN Wisconsin and was given a price of $2,000 less! Not only did the owner price out the swing set apples-to-apples, he also made sure we had the right swing set height for the age of our children etc. He asked all the right questions. The competition doesn't care if the monkey bars might be too high, they just want your money! Dealing with the owners was an awesome experience again. Not only are the play sets of high-end quality, so is their customer service! We will be going back to PlayN Wisconsin when we are ready to install our Gorilla basketball system. read more

I would recommend PlayN Wisconsin to anyone. Jim has always taken great care of our family's needs. We went to PlayN Wisconsin first for a Backyard Playground and now as the kids get older for our Basketball Hoop. Jim has put Customer Service and Customer Care first in his business and it has made me refer friends and neighbors to PlayN Wisconsin. Jim has altered his schedule to get our recent purchase in, originally we planned for a May Basketball hoop install, and the concrete guys showed up 2 months early to fill the schedule, I called to get the base unit to pick up early (Jim was going past our house the next day and dropped it off to a GREAT Shock to us) and they moved our install up for the hoop as well for the kids to enjoy! Recently bought a play system from PlayN Wisconsin. My kids love it! Ordering was very simple, and we were able to look at pricing on different options before deciding. Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. I also love the option of taking kids to open play times at the show room. What a great place! I've been bringing my grandchildren in to play for a few months now and they have a blast everytime! The slides are fast which the kids love and the trampolines are super safe after you zip the zippers up. They charge 7 dollars on the weekdays and 9 friday, saturday, and sunday for all day admission which is lower than most places i've taken the kids. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get the kids out of the house and run off some energy! read more

Ordered a swing set beginning of March and we had a delivery and installation mid-April. The service we received was great for both ordering and delivery. The showroom has all sorts of displays to look at and choose from. Kade was especially helpful for us when it came to ordering and scheduling delivery. Oh, and the price was very good! My kids love this place. They're always excited to go there and it's like a whirlwind of toys, toys and more toys. There are a ton of different structures, trampolines and hoops that Are always well maintained. The hardest part is helping them watch out for other kids who are zooming around up and down the slides, etc. it's actually part of the fun. read more

My kids love "the indoor playground". The show room is full of state of the art playground equipment: top of the line trampolines, and swingsets with all the coolest features ... not to mention the fastest slides in town! Great place to bring the littles! Low cost to run off the energy especially while playing outside isn't recommended due to inclement weather, soggy conditions. Very fun place to bring the kids. Prices were good only $7 per child when we went and adults are free which is rare to find. The workers were out vacuuming when i was there which was nice to see them keeping it clean. The kids cant wait to go back. read more
