He pulls no punches, which I truly appreciate, as he continues to encourage me to stay active and applauds my efforts. Dr. Farrow never rushes out of the office, making sure all my questions and concerns have been addressed, including insurance, so that I don't end up paying out of pocket unnecessarily. He strongly encourages, but never pushes tests or vaccines. He does however make certain, before I leave the office, that I have all the information I need to make a well informed decision. I had a great experience with Irene Torres. I got bit by a dog just above my lip. I had to get 7…read morestitches. I was very worried about getting them taken out because I know it can be very painful because I knew how tight the stitches were and how sensitive the area was. I went in to get them removed, and she told me originally to wait another day or two, but when I told her how concerned I was about who did it, she called me back to tell me that she had contacted the other NP that would be there that day to ask her how she felt about removing the stitches, and she didn't feel comfortable doing it. Irene researched the amount of time needed to leave the stitches in to make sure it would be ok to remove them that day, and said that I would be fine to come back that day while she was there. It showed how much she truly cares about her patients. She did an excellent job with the removal, and I had very little pain. I was so relieved to have them out, and it's still healing up nicely. Irene has years of experience, is very kind and does a great job. CVS is lucky to have her! Thanks again!

My father had E-coli and the hospital/ER said to f/up with his doctor - Dr. Wheeland. We called and he would NOT see my father - just kept him on the wrong antibiotic for over a month and the e-coli didn't go away. Come to find out now that my father went to a new doctor - he has an aneurysm and an enlarged prostate! Caution to ANYONE thinking of going to this guy - avoid him at all costs unless of course you don't value your life!

Then I dislocated my knee, and they did not want to knock me out, I told them they could not touch me without doing so, the doctor threw a fit and stormed out, and then when he came back with the paperwork he threw it at one of the little guy workers. AFTER they placed my knee back in, he said I was right, because it took them THREE tries. Guess what, the NURSE did it twice, and then HE did it. LEARN YOUR SHIT PEOPLE.
