DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a terrible experience coming here. First off, he took 1 month to hem 2 pants. Ridiculous, I had to check in twice just for him to get started, he kept saying "I'll do them today" & wouldn't start. Second, I paid extra for double stitching on the hem & he didn't do that. I never carry cash but fortunately, there are banks close by. My items were always ready by the date he promised they would be. **Bring cash to pay upfront. You pay when you drop your items off, not when you pick them up.** Buckle up, this is a long one! I came in this afternoon to get two (identical) pairs of pants hemmed/shortened by a couple of inches. The tailor (whose name I forgot to ask) told me it would be $30 - cash only. I told him I needed to run to the bank to get his money and I would be right back. It took me maybe 15-20 minutes to go home, get my debit card, get to the ATM, and get him his cash in hand. I handed him the cash and he asked when I needed them finished by. I said Thursday June 12 (one week from today). He said "The 12th?? Of this month??" With a huuuge look of disappointment on his face as if to say "You really waited til the last minute and now I'm gonna have to charge you extra to expedite this." (He didn't actually say that, but that's what his face was telling me.) And so, being me, I started to find the words to say "Oh it's okay, when's the soonest you can have them done by?" (I needed them for work on June 13.) This man pushes the two pairs of pants to me and says "Take them." Now I'm panicking, thinking he took my money and is telling me to go elsewhere to get them hemmed. I'm clearly confused and starting to fawn, and with a completely dead face, he goes "Do you have a computer? Do you know what a review is?" And I say "Yeah..." Thinking he's going to tell me not to write a bad review since he can't get it done in a week. He goes "They're done. Take your pants." And holds up the fabric he cut. I was in ABSOLUTE disbelief that this man, who was elbows deep into another customer's alteration when I walked in 20 minutes ago, was FINISHED with BOTH pairs of pants. He cracked a really lovely, warm smile, confirmed he was joking and just pulling my leg, and shook my hand. He's a really lovely man, and a speedy, skilled one at that! I will definitely be coming back when I need more alterations! Thank you! read more

This guy is a fraud. He's never in the shop. Never communicates. I waited months for alterations that should've took a week. 2 at max if he was backed up. Never give your money upfront EVER. He lies and over talks you to shut you up. came here to get my wedding guest dress shortened and was super disappointed with the outcome! i put on the dress at his shop and requested to shorten about 2 inches. he pinned only a small part in the front the 2 inch measurement and i felt skeptical that he didn't pin it all around to mark it. he told me my dress would be ready the following week. so i came to pick up the dress, went home and discovered the length of my dress was not even throughout!! the left side (where he marked the 2 inch) was perfect, but the right side was shortened MORE THAN 2 inches! to make matters worse, he cut off so much of the fabric that the liner inside the dress did not match its length! so terrible and definitely not worth the $58 i paid just to receive an uneven dress! definitely not coming back here as it looks like he doesn't specialize in shortening dresses but instead ruining them read more
