I will never go back to this place. After calling around to several dry cleaners, this one said they could have my husband's Brooks Brothers suit and shirts ready in 3 days for a wedding. Other places couldn't do that turnaround, so we decided to go here. Big mistake. When we went to pick everything up, the owner (I believe) was gone for quite a while, and I had a feeling something was off because what was taking so long. She finally came out with my husband's suit, not even bagged, and said the shirts weren't ready. She told us to come back the next day, but we explained that wasn't possible since we had a flight early the next morning for the wedding. I told her fine, just give us the shirts as-is, and we'd get them cleaned elsewhere. I'm thinking at the hotel we'll send them out for dry cleaning. But then she said she didn't even know where the shirts were! Are you serious? She said they must be in a large laundry bag somewhere, and she didn't know where the bag was??? and wouldn't let me go look myself. She refused and again said she didn't know where the bag was. which idk, to me kinda sounds like they send them out or something because how do you NOT know where the laundry bags are?? Completely unprofessional and sketchy. We reminded her the receipt clearly said the items would be ready today, and she acted totally unfazed, no apology, no urgency, nothing. When I asked how she planned to fix this, she literally shrugged her shoulders like idk and stared at us. I suggested a discount, and she just waved her hand for us to take the suit. We had no choice but to rush to Macy's to buy a new shirt for my husband last minute. When I came back on Monday, the same woman was there. I reminded her who I was, and she finally brought the shirts out, then tried to charge me for them! I told her the wedding had already passed and showed her my Macy's receipt as proof we had to buy replacements. She argued with me. After going back and forth (with another customer behind me), she raised her voice and told me to just take the shirts and leave. I guess because she didn't want to continue the scene in front of the customer behind me. When I got home and looked closely, the shirts were STILL DIRTY around the collars! We ended up taking them to another cleaner to fix the job. Turns out, the mistake was because the worker who took in the clothes put the wrong color tag on the hanger (Thursday instead of Wednesday). Whoever handled cleaning only looked at the color tag and not the actual receipt ON the shirts that had the correct date. Between losing our items, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability, this place was an absolute nightmare to deal with. read more

We always take our clothes if we need them dry cleaned to Tracy Valley Cleaners as they always do a good job with their services and always on schedule when your clothes are ready for pickup from their promise time and date. They also provide alterations and have taken a few of my pants to get altered with my specifications . Again they are always on point with their delivery and fair pricing. They promised to fix it three times, but each time it got worse, and now they refuse to take responsibility, claiming the damage was pre-existing. I think the service is fine and reasonably priced. I have no complaints. I've been happy with the dry cleaning of my dress shirts and suits.

I have a difficult time finding a decent dry cleaner as my usual place closed down. This place is expensive but did actually clean the clothes so that was nice. My main issue is I want them to know using pins to hold the entire weight of a silk skirt is not the best idea. It left holes that are to large to close and has some fabric starting to pull out now. This item was pricey and now I will have to be very careful with it. If they did this method every time the skirt would be torn apart. I recommend they find something that does not pierce the fabric or pin the inner fabric that does not show. read more

Took my daughter's USMC uniforms in to have her name plates sewn. They sewed the name plates crooked, double stitched, went into her name, and used the wrong color of thread. Still charged me for their mess up. Told me, "I apologize". There was no way my daughter was going to pass inspection with such poor sewing done. They did not offer to refund my money back. Still made me pay. I had to find another place to have done with hours to spare to have redone. Went from Tracy all the way to Modesto just to have done. I do not recommend this place what so ever. Do not I repeat do not use this cleaner called 20 minutes in advance to pick up clothes told them I was on the way they told me it was okay when I arrived after driving 20 minutes from my house they told me they had shut the computer down and could not look for my clothes and to come back tomorrow mind you I had dinner plans tonight and now will not have my outfit for dinner will definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time. read more

Needed a dress hem. Price for dress are I think $25 and up. Arrived at store minutes later with no wait. Friendly greeting. Dress ready by Monday. Picked up on a Tuesday. Another friendly greeting at pickup, same lady. I mistakenly forgot my wallet so I did not have my receipt or wallet but they accepted a photo I had in my phone of my receipt and Apple Pay. A couple minutes for them to press it and dress was ready to go. Smelled fresh n clean. Quality service all around. Beautiful work on the hem line. Thank you. read more

I wouldn't go, they don't clean your clothes good at all, had to go back to get the same items cleaned three times before i complained and go zero reimbursements from my 20+ items that I paid to get cleaned. Brown stains from they're cleaning products and they lady is very unprofessional with an child's/teenage attitude. They charge at least double what I'm used to paying. I wouldn't be back, and we are really awesome dry cleaning customers. Our last dry cleaner cried when we told him we were moving. I have been going to this business for quite a number of years. I have finally decided to leave them after repeatedly asking that they use heavy starch and to please press my business work shirts properly meaning a hard single pleat on each sleeve, as is done traditionally! The shirts never have any starch and I have to iron them myself before I wear them. I have commented numerous times and finally was told perhaps I should seek somewhere else to do my dry cleaning! DONT Do BUSINESS HERE! If you have something tailored here it's not ready on time. They tell you to come back at closing. It's not ready still so they say come back tomorrow. It's a military uniform you needed that night, they don't care. Spoke to owner he says it's not his job. Suggested ways to help his customers such as calling them to let them know its not ready, owner doesn't care. So why do they have our phone number if they won't call to tell us our stuff isn't done? Doesn't offer refund for not pressing the uniform I paid for already for them to tailor and press. Owner says he can't do that! HE's the owner! He can he just doesn't want to.
