WARNING: SYSTEMIC DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION, INTENTIONAL PROPERTY DAMAGE & PREDATORY TOWING CARTER!…read more(Invoice #465218) On August 28, 2026, my vehicle was unlawfully and aggressively towed from an accessible space at Las Americas Premium Outlets, violating my fundamental civil rights despite a valid legal Handicap Placard being prominently displayed. I am a registered patron who returned to shop, yet local management denied my accommodation, subjected me to extortion, and vandalized my property. While the physical tow was executed by a third-party contractor (Western Towing), Simon Property Group and its mall management bear strict vicarious and premises liability for harboring this predatory cartel on your property. Your on-duty mall security supervisor directly authorized the illegal tow at 10:10 AM. Furthermore, the invoice logs dispatch and arrival at exactly 10:10 AM, proving illegal predatory "spotting" and stalking of disabled customers on Simon property. The contractor's rogue personnel (DRIVER 52, TRUCK 33) violently jammed heavy "DOLLIES" mechanical equipment underneath my vehicle's front nose. This reckless operation directly inflicted deep horizontal friction abrasions across my front lower bumper and terminally fractured the internal sensor circuitry of my interior dashcam lens, causing a latent failure that permanently blinded the front camera with horizontal stripes at 4:50 PM. I signed the ticket by explicitly writing "Disputing the tow" right on the paper, meaning the $285 extortion fee was paid under extreme financial duress to rescue my vehicle from illegal impoundment. An active civil rights enforcement investigation has been officially initiated by the State of California against this joint operation under Case ID: 202608-36988428, alongside formal complaints lodged with the California Attorney General, BBB, and NBC 7 Responds. I refuse to settle. I demand the immediate termination of employment for the corrupt mall security supervisor who authorized this tow, and a permanent corporate directive to your vendor mandating the immediate termination of Driver 52!

I only have two malls i consistently go in San Diego, the Fashion Valley Mall and the UTC Mall…read more However, UTC mall is more of a leisure... to walk around and kill time, for my son to play at the playground, for the festivities on the holiday season especially Xmas, to have family fun dates and good food experiences at nearby restaurants and the mall I always go to every time I have issues with my Apple iPhone and techs. The fashion Valley Mall tho, is my main mall. This is the mall where I actually do most of my shopping. We watch movies at the AMC theater when we have extra time and get food at the cafeteria/food court area after hours of walking. My son never misses going inside the Laderach to get a free taste, the best chocolate there is. We love going to this mall, especially with my son now being a teenager, we would most likely be doing lots of our shopping activities here especially at his favorite boutiques, like the zumies, Hollister, Rayban, and plenty others I do not recall.... We also love going to The escape room where the mall is. My favorite is the Nordstrom Rack! ;) The holidays tho could get really packed and busy but there's alot of nice things to see and lots of good deals to look forward to.

I will never come back to Fashion Valley Mall again…read more I was very disappointed with my experience. The mall itself has great stores, but what stood out to me was the number of homeless individuals throughout property. As a shopper, I did not feel comfortable walking around the mall. My two young kids were very uncomfortable, I have to move them from the food court and sit and eat elsewhere. For a high-end shopping destination, I expected a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Management needs to do a better job maintaining the property and ensuring guests feel comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won't be returning.

Every time that my wife and I travel to San Diego, somehow we always find our way to the Carlsbad…read morePremium Outlets. Sometimes I will just be the two of us, and sometimes a larger group. Stopping by the Carlsbad Premium Outlets is a fun outing for anyone looking to shop a nice set of outlet stores in Carlsbad where the weather is typically lovely outside. There are plenty of stores along with some food options. There are some name brand stores and some stores not tied to name brands. There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. I often take a book and read it outside in a comfortable chair (hopefully out of the sun) while waiting for her to shop. When we went with her parents once, I sat with my father-in-law outside and we eventually stopped by Starbucks for a beverage. There are more than 85 stores and restaurants at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. Some of the restaurant options include a Blaze Pizza, Starbucks (of course!), Jersey Mike's, Ruby's Diner, Rubio's Coastal Grill, Wetzel's Pretzels, Tea Monks, Panda Express, Oasis Tacos, Mot'to Japanese Grill, and Haagen Dazs. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals. Each day, different sales are listed on their website at https://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/carlsbad/deals. There are also military, teacher, and student discounts (all published on their website). Be prepared to share IDs accordingly when taking advantage of the discounts. There is also a free Elite Rewards membership, which you can find out more about at https://plus.simon.com. Each store has its own hours though the general hours at 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 8 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 11 AM to 7 PM on Sunday. Other amenities of the Carlsbad Premium Outlets include accessible parking, ATMs, a baby changing station, bike racks, drinking fountains, EV charging stations, family restrooms, nursing mother's lounge, public restrooms. strollers, wheelchairs, and so much more. You can read more about the Carlsbad Premium Outlets at https://www.premiumoutlets.com.
