Don't know what happened. Ended up bringing the bracelet to be resized elsewhere I had a chance to try out second-hand rolexes and the assistant was very helpful in letting me try out different models and sizes. However, I feel like she was expecting me to buy one right on the spot... Didn't do so because I know they mark up at least 50% of the msrp... Anyhow it was a learning experience to check this place out...
