A coin shop offered me 98% of live spot value right after I left and drove to one after finding one on Google near me Also this jewelry center was empty. No one in there it was middle of the day too. I wonder why...? These people offered me 50%, they said, listen to this! No one's buying 999 silver bullion right now! Well give u half of Spot, 50% Then he showed me a bag of old 90% worn US half dollars. Like 20 of em he said look! I have this bag no one buying I said, well first of all, how are you going to compare old junk worn 90% half dollars with my 1oz uncirculate 999 silver eagles He didn't realize im an expert in silver and us silver coins He said yeah but they all same thing. Really now? Pure Lies. Old man, old and should be wise and have high morals. Guess not all old men are. I instantly sell em online for 110% spot on my ebay and mercari account, and a coinshop I found near my house for 98% of spot if I need cash now, they said come back anytime Avoid this place. Imagine how overpriced their jewelery is. If theyre trying to convince their OWN costumer that "no one buys 999 silver" Liars , and tried to steal 50% of my silver value with a smile on their face. Sad What they didn't know is. Im in the bullion business for almost 17 years. They were surprised I think when I mentioned certain terms and had a lot of knowledge in actual values, us silver coin content of silver, etc they didn't realize I was educated in the field. So much for honesty huh? Avoid this place. There jewelery is ugly too, I brought 28K to spend in cash, to get my fiance a new ring after she lost hers. They lost me as a customer, the bullion sale was a test of honesty. One jeweler said he doesn't buy 999 silver because no one buys it , and the guy on the right of the entrance tried pulling the 50% off "good deal" then when I said no, he pulled out a smelly old plastic bag with 90% silver junk worn cull half dollars to try to trick me into the idea that , hey look my silver isnt moving. We weren't satisfied with the product, and he was more than willing to assist with the exact pair we wanted. Ian ensure we were satisfied, he was a nice guy. The establishment is in a urban area that has plenty of street metered parking and restaurants nearby. They even always have some water and dog food outside for anyone who has a pet they'd like to bring with them or passing by.. I recently purchased a necklace that I had them engrave with mine and my son's name (complimentary) of course it came out perfect. I also purchased a diamond band but I had to get it sized down since my fingers are pretty small lol they text/ call you if the jewelry if it's sooner than what they had expected or if they have any questions which makes it very convenient. They are open 7 days a week and accept cash, debit and all major credit cards. The best part of it is they also offer a layaway plan for those who want to pay for it little by little with no interest! They also have another location in the Ironbound section of Newark... I went to ask for a refund on an item that my mother bought and the sales representative said they don't do refunds and how it was clearly stated on the receipt. I told her my mom doesn't know English and she said it was her fault because how could she live in this country without speaking the language. Instead of ratifying the situation, she made things worse and got confrontational. The worst part about everything is that I believe she is part of the family who owns the establishment because no one behind the counter interfered to help the situation. Apparently, it is the norm for them to make such appalling and racist remarks towards their customers. I don't recommend this establishment. Bergenline Ave is filled with some many amazing local business owners and it is extremely disappointing that they can get away with such offensive remarks.

As part of the Jewelry Exchange in Edgewater, when I arrived the gentleman directed me to VK who took care of me. He took me to the back to watch my ring get cleaned as well so I didn't have to worry at all about my ring/diamond! Less than 30 minutes, and $40 later my ring is clean and fits fantastic (without needing one of those plastic ring spacers)!

So far my experience with Diamond Fantasy could not be better. I went in to have a watch battery…read morereplaced. They were very friendly, polite, courteous, and professional. I tried to pay with my credit card and the bill was only $10 so she asked for cash. I didn't think I had cash and the owner said: "It's ok, you can bring it another time". I couldn't believe how she trusted me. I found $9 cash and said I'm sure I have quarters in the car but once again she insisted it was ok. I felt bad but at the same time honored that she was so caring. (Don't judge me, I never carry cash). Anyway, I have more jewelry repair to get done so I will be back!
