Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. Haven't even seen the car yet. 3/19/24 - Went to pick up car. Polishing compound around the windows clearly visible. Spot on right rear qtr panel un-repaired. What a pain. Extremely disappointed with the quality of work from Joe Hudson's in Leesburg, FL…read more Progressive Insurance recommended this shop, but after 21 days of repairs, my vehicle was returned in unsafe and unfinished condition. A dealership inspection revealed that the shop welded together a two-piece exhaust system that should never have been welded, causing misalignment and noise. They also left under-body panels hanging and broken, failed to reinstall hardware, and left a wire hanging freely. The dealership had to undo and replace the poor repair work using proper OEM parts. This was not just sloppy -- it was incorrect, unsafe, and far below professional standards. I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone.
