There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. Do better.

They have plenty of selection but the deals weren't worth it. So I didn't buy anything. The store is well stocked, organized, and some part isn't well lit though. She then cancelled my current prescription....I now have no existing prescription for my medication, and am out of luck until my doctor's office opens again on Monday.
