If I could give zero stars, I would. CVS Pharmacy is completely out of control. The lines are absolutely ridiculous--wrapped through the store, packed shoulder to shoulder, and barely moving. There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. As the mother of a 9 month old baby, I would never recommend this pharmacy. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. I spent the entire night in the emergency room and asked the doctor to send my baby's prescription to this pharmacy so we could start the medication as soon as possible. However, when my husband went to pick it up the next day, he was told to wait 30 minutes while they prepared it. When they finally brought the medication to him, they suddenly took it back again, which made us feel like something had gone wrong. When my husband finally received the medication, it was not properly mixed. I returned to the pharmacy with it, and another employee came over to help. I asked her to check who had prepared the medication. She called over a man who I believe was named Alex, but he denied making it, even though I am confident he was the one who had prepared it. He then said he would make a new bottle. Instead, it appeared that he simply took the same bottle to the back, shook it, and brought it back to me. Before handing it over, I had removed the paper from the bottom of the bottle. When he returned, it was the exact same bottle with the same label and the same mark on the bottom. It did not appear that a new medication had been prepared. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially since the medication was for my infant. I expected professionalism, honesty, and attention to patient safety, but unfortunately, I did not receive any of those.His name was Alex I think. Shame on you! Do not waste your time at this location until CVS Coperate fixes it. The staff in the pharmacy is incompetent and lacks the knowledge to be working in the field as they did not understand the order and were not able to provide a reason for the problem. The store is extremely dirty and very understaffed. The lines are too long and after having to wait in several lines for checkout I never once noticed a manager. They may have had a supervisor, however, with the store and pharmacy being as busy as they were a manager should have been on the sales floor. It does make me sad to leave this review as I do support the CVS ymas program/stores, but it needs the staff to support this location. I will be following up with the district manager. read more

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have even visited. I sat in the drive for 15 to 20 mins and they refused to come to the window. I rang the bell several times, knocked on the windows and they NEVER CAME. When I called, I was transferred to a recording that said this 24hr pharmacy was closed. When I came inside (not easily due to pain), they only had 2 lines open for pickup. The lime was beyond insane. After waiting (not joking) another 20 minutes one of the people at pick decided to go for a chip run. There were at least 8 people behind that pharmacy counter. Utterly unacceptable. read more

THIS REVIEW HAS A HAPPY ENDING: Every time I went to this CVS, I had to prepare myself for a looooong wait (this usually consisted of my traction neck brace and some ice packs). Most of the time the line for rx pick-up curls around the aisles all the way to the grocery area...that's how long it usually is, at least when I picked up my monthly meds. It is difficult for me to stand for long periods of time because it aggravates my degenerative medical condition. By the time I am done picking up my rx, I am near tears because my pain is almost debilitating (this is usually about the time I curse under my breath and wish I had someone to pick up my meds for me). I'd also like to add that when the lines are at their longest, half the time there is only 1 person working the pick-up counter. I mean....whaaaat?! So I am stuck standing for 35+ minutes...no bueno! One time I was stuck there for just under 2 hours, because the lady who WAS working the pick-up counter dropped the ball 3 times - I repeat THREE times - when "helping" with my rx. Afterwards, I spent a good amount of time in bed with wedges under my hips and neck, crying and whining for hours. Don't get me started on the drive thru - yikes! Half the time it isn't even open and the other half I'm lucky if I get somebody's attention. Or maybe they just ignore us because they are so inundated inside...idk. It doesn't matter anyways...I always ended up having to go inside. And y'all - some Rite Aid locations closed and sent their customers to CVS! But I won't have to worry about the flood of new customers piling in, because (drum roll please): I learned about the Caremark Mail Service from my orthopedic surgeon. Y'all, that was a blessing! He told me he prefers it, because normal people work there. Don't know what he meant by that, but it made me "snortle". I recommend y'all who left similar reviews to try the mail service if you require medications for ongoing health conditions. Ever since I switched, I spend less time writhing in pain post-CVS visit, and more time enjoying my life. Yay! read more

This is my primary drug store since it is relatively close to my house. I pick up all of my prescriptions as well as my families at this location. It's pretty well stocked but sometimes the store can get a little messy. I prefer using the app to find out when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. It does get pretty busy between the hours of 3:30pm - 6:00pm so you might want to avoid stopping by then. The drive through is convenient if you are not in the mood to get out of your car:)! However, sometimes the wait time can be long. But I say go for it! Hee hee Plenty of parking in the lot and there is a Starbucks with a drive through in the same shopping center. Woo hoo! read more

This location is an absolute truck stop. They restock like once every 2 months. Everything's locked up which would be fine if anyone actually ever came when you pressed the call button. And literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to refill my prescription the recording says I don't have any left when I know I do. So I have to call and talk to a pharmacist, they say they'll refill it by a certain time, I go in and it's not ready. Recently called in the prescription. Was told it would be ready by whatever date, I go in a day later and Shang's smart A said I didn't have any refills. I told him to check again because I knew I do. Turns out I did. But he said it was expired because it was called in more than 3 months ago. Asked when it was called it last, he said 2 months. Then he said since it's a controlled substance he couldn't refill it before 28 days. It had been 31 days. So not only was he rude and condescending, he's also really bad at math. I stopped by this CVS Pharmacy to pick up my magnet photo that I ordered from Photo Print. There was a Tmobile Tuesday free promo for a magnet photo so I took advantage of that. This CVS Pharmacy is in the same plaza as my dentist office so I stopped by here before getting my teeth clean. You shouldn't have any issues finding parking because it's in a big plaza. When I walked in, the photo department is on the right. You basically pick up your photo at the cashier area. It didn't take long for the employer to get me my photo after she verified the name of the order. read more

If I could give this CVS in particular, a 0 out of 5 stars hands-down, I would absolutely do that Because of several reasons I will outline below that made my shopping experience a disaster. When a valued customer like myself shops at CVS, I expect to have professional service, especially when purchasing several hundreds of dollars of items this lady working at the register Jessica (Who claims to be the store manager?) was anything but professional she was absolutely and downright rude and condescending. Jessica made my shopping experience absolutely horrible, and I will never ever refer anyone to this particular location nor will I ever shop at this particular location in the future and I am trying to debate whether or not shopping at CVS as well absolutely a horrible shopping experience hands-down by far due to Jessica's lack of professionalism with dealing with customers . I had coupons print from the CVS CRT box which is the red box customers enter their phone number in and coupons print out.. Jessica saw me printing those coupons out and yet it wouldn't scan at the register because the ink level was low and printed it at a very light tone on the coupon. Therefore, she wouldn't even modify the item in question which clearly qualified for the coupon to apply to it. then started arguing about trivial things ridiculous things I just nobody should be arguing with a customer about let alone talk to a customer with such dismay and attitude. like if you don't like your job and you talk to customers this way and treat them this Way, which makes them in return leave with a sour taste in their mouth a negative shopping experience why even working in the Customer Service sector what also blows my mind is the fact that Jessica could actually be a store manager and treat customers this way without even trying to resolve the matter while in store. Horribly upset at the Pharmacy.... I recently had spine surgery had to go pick up my medication. I went through the drive-through as always it was closed. What's the point of having a drive-through and offering it if you're never gonna have it open. I called informed the person that answered that I just had a spine surgery and I wasn't able to be standing or walking for too long. Guy didn't care said that to have someone else come and pick up a medication and that there was a big sign saying that it was closed and hung up on me. I stopped to replace a hair brush I had left in a motel. I asked where the brushes were and told "Isle 6". I noticed that most products were locked behind glass. When I got to the counter, I asked if this was a high crime area. "Yes, it is!" Who'd have known. It seemed like an upscale neighborhood to me. This store offers self service photo kiosks that have services and products that CVS says they do not offer. I used the kiosk waited in line, went to the cashier who didn't know how to proceed. I was told to go online to find a location that provided the service. Online says all of the stores provide the service, there is additionally a help phone line on the receipt I got from my original order. Called them, they said all the stores ship the orders in & that all of them should be able to provide this service. I go back inside, they denied being able to provide the service still after explaining my phone call but called another store who was equally as unhelpful in providing the service or knowledge of any other location that could provide it. This is really bad service. There is a huge disconnect between what it says online & even what you can order in the store with their very own machines. This is a big problem for anyone unfortunate enough to go online and read that they offer this service only to go in and go thru almost the entire process before being denied & essentially refused I found another company to do it read more

The drive-thru is almost always closed if it's open it's only for a little bit then recently they were going to stay open till 8:00 and now they're closing at 5:00. It's inconsistent and ruins how I plan my day that I must plan carefully because I'm disabled and I don't have the stamina to wait so long inside spreading my germs around. They tell me over and over again it's because they're short-staffed. I've been coming here for 20 plus years they had one woman working the pharmacy and the window at the same time without any problems I used to get my meds at 1:00 a.m. after shopping at Ralph's which closes at 1:00. It was perfect. It's not too busy at 1:00 in the morning but yet the window is closed without an explanation at least tell us why and quit saying you're going to open it when you have more people because it's been like this for 5 years or more. As for me I'm done I've moved all my prescriptions to delivery to another pharmacy that accepts my delivery insurance. read more

The location causes for high foot traffic and a mixture of patrons which makes this a hard store to maintain as they have to keep items under lock and key and keep a watchful eye. The staff in general are doing their best in such situations. Not the tidiest or best stocked convenience store local but the easiest to go to if you live in the neighborhood and generally has a version of the item you need. read more

I came here today to get a vaccination and I had an appointment. When I checked in at the front and online, the woman said "I'll be right with you." I went over to the vaccination area where there were some chairs and it looked like four or five people were waiting for vaccinations. There was no line moving or people going in and then coming back out -- just nothing -- just everyone waiting around. And I waited for about 30 minutes and no one even came out or announced anything like "hey everyone we're busy, we're behind on vaccinations will get to and we can nothing." There was zero communication. They didn't even let us know what the wait time would be. And you know I planned my day around this. Also, this is the most disgusting filthiest drugstore (not CVS, drugstore) I've ever been to in my life. Throughout the aisles, there was half eaten food opened up and half eaten, there were balled up tissues and paper towels on shelves. There was also a giant clump of someone's hair among the medication on a shelf and a lot of half eaten candy bars, sort of shoved in between products. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least a month if not more because there's no way this amount of stuff could build up in one day. read more
