He told us he no longer used the business name "Dubey Brothers Chimney LLC" because his brother had quit. We found a number of complaints under the former name at the Better Business Bureau - https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/hillsborough/profile/chimney-sweeper/dubey-brothers-chimney-llc-0051-92069128/complaints - After finding the complaints we decided to purchase a cap and install it ourselves. I even invited Trentton to clear his $300 obligation by helping to install our cap. Do not give this man any money.

We had no idea how we would find a piece of wood that would match the cabin and Jim worked magic. In two hours he found a gorgeous salvage mantle replacement - amazing. I can't recommend them more highly thoughtful, hard working and collaborative. He solved all of our problems and we plan to work with him as our go to crew from now on.

When I finally did get called back, I asked that they contact my tenants so they could go to the house, see what needed to be done, and give me a firm estimate. However, one side of a sliding pocket door was knocked off its hanging rail by the cleaners (it's never had an issue in 30+ years). I think they may have opened it too far when sliding open. When I noticed it before they left, they acknowledged it happened. Later, following up through our realtor, Relax & Co refused to accept responsibility or to fix it. Relax & Co never reached out to me directly to try to remedy the problem. If you break something while working on my property, that should be your responsibility to fix. Their workers were fine, but I would not trust this company at the management level to hire them again.

Chris sent me an email within hours stating he could be there by 11am and will fix my issue. He called me at 9am on Monday to say he could be at my house in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived. He had the replacement parts with him (not knowing the kind needed or what he was dealing with). He fixed the springs in about 20 minutes and then changed my entire garage door unit (previously bought by myself) within 40 minutes. This would have taken me an entire day to do!
