He listened to my concerns and right away took X-ray and confirmed his hunch. I had an infection that other dentist I saw the day before him missed (actually saw other dentist Friday, Monday and Tuesday). Right away he got me antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon to discuss extraction. The staff was super friendly. They listened to my ordeal and worked me in. The assistant was gentle (my mouth hurt because of all the filing other dentist did and the infection) and didn't hurt me. They made me feel welcomed there. The office is super clean with music that's pleasant and soothing. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. They've won my business. I was like "hush and take my money" then they said ins covered it 100% lol. Me and my fiancé will continue to see Dr Corbet and staff.

The dentist came into the room, never introduced himself, did not even have his name on a badge or scrubs, and didn't even sit down. He looked into my mouth while standing. They forgot the fluoride treatment. Someone came in and tried to have me leave a Google review while she watched me. Just a very awkward and non-professional experience. I will not return.

They don't have a bunch of fancy equipment nor flashy features like these new dentist offices, although it's clear to me that not only is he an expert in his field but that he thoroughly enjoys his work.

To the point the lady at the desk wouldn't talk to my wife and walked away. Then they snuck in a $50 missed appointment fee for "my" missed appointment on her bill and didn't tell her they were doing it!! Not sure if she was having a bad day but She was rude, heavy handed, aggressive. She was even rude to the assistant who was typing when she was calling out numbers really fast, & had a rude tone of voice as she tried to keep up almost like Cynthia didn't have any patience. I sat down on the chair, she never told me her name or explained anything. No personable skills at all. She took my BP which was 80's/50's pulse was 114!!! I've never had a reading like that so I was naturally concerned & said "that's low, I've never had a BP that low." She didn't say a word, took off the device, charted the vitals. Then I said again, that was a really low BP- she said nothing. No response. So I felt uneasy at that point. Finally I spoke up after a few minutes as I didn't feel safe. I asked if we can take my BP again. And that's when the assistant applied it & I gently rested it against my chest which Cynthia didn't do the first time. The BP was 110/60's pulse 100. I felt relief, said now that's what I'm used to seeing, basically reassured myself. That immediately let me know Cynthia didn't care to listen to me (her patient) or even think to recheck it herself just based on standard basic medical training. Then she starts checking my teeth with a pointed utensil, now I've had dental appointments before- yes it can be a bit uncomfortable maybe a little bleeding but each tooth she probed around hurt & bled which never happened before. I get that it can be uncomfortable & bleed but my intuition was telling me this was more aggressive than I've ever felt before. I told her that it hurt, she said well I guess I could've put the numbing cream on first. So she continued her next steps & I asked if Dr Lee was going to do the rest and she said no it's me. So I just kinda pushed through it. She was pushy about me getting laser treatment after I told her more than once I didn't want it. It made me uncomfortable bc she kept pushing it. Finally I said, I just don't want it thank you though. And she finally left it alone. She started the numbing/cleaning -it felt messy & inconsiderate? In my experience most hygienist narrate care out loud so you know what to expect, they pause for little breaks to rinse your mouth give you a rest & breather. I had to do that myself by raising my hand or just natural reflex close my mouth because I couldn't hold it open anymore , was drooling & needing to swallow -I was worried I was going to aspirate. Even with numbing cream I tried to push through it. Then she gets to one area and it felt like she was scraping my gum down to the bottom trying to get to a root! I started to feel scared & just based on the previous 20 mins with her I immediately felt in my gut that I was scared & couldn't trust her. It was painful, I finally raised my hand said "ok I have to stop. Is there someone else that can do this, I'm uncomfortable." She said "no just me, we are almost done" (so basically just to power through it). I said ok well I can't continue this so she raises my chair and says "ok byyeee," I was appalled so I asked who can I speak to, she says no one maybe the manager? I was like "uh ok then yes please", manager Nyzhat says she's the only hygienist, & goes into explaining why it would be painful- I'm like yea there's nothing different about my teeth now than previous cleanings at other places so I know this was different! I said ok well I can't continue, I don't feel comfortable, I feel unsafe & I'm concerned for myself. She then tried to check me out -that's when I tell her I won't pay for a full service since that's not what I got. She does some typing and says ok you don't owe anything. So I'm hoping they don't try to send me a bill or my insurance after this as an additional headache. I asked what they do when a patient is hypotensive & tachycardic she says we don't give any anesthetic & let the doctor know. I said, yea that didn't happen. The worst dental experience I've had. Unsafe care. I feel bad some may not have courage to speak up!

I was so surprised to see my new dentist spent almost 40 minutes on teeth cleaning. Trinity Dental was always in such a hurry and as I recalled it was a 10 minutes cleaning each time. The last few years I went to Trinity Dental they were telling me I need this done and that done to my teeth. My new dentist tells me my teeth are in good shape and no I do not need to replace all of my front crowns. Yippee. Over the years I have recommended Trinity Dental to family and friends. After one or two visits they have move on to a different dentist. Now I understand why we we have discussions about Trinity Dental.
