We hired Ed from Pleasant Home Inspection recently to do a home inspection in Stockton. The whole inspection took about 3-4 hours, and Ed was very attention to detail throughout the process. He walked us through issues that was found, and also pointed out several details that often would be overlooked by other inspectors, while offered his best insights and solutions for each issue, including what laws and regulations are required, and what was needed to correct those issues. This was my around my tenth home inspection I've had done, and never have I had a home inspector show this kind of thoroughness and consideration. Ed is really great and friendly. He arrived early and explained how the inspection process works. He thoroughly inspected the entire house from top to bottom, attic to crawl space, garage and deck. He is very knowledgeable which makes him excellent at putting together a very detailed and complete report including pictures to annotate. Ed did a great job. I was not able to be at the new home inspection but Ed met my realtor at the house. He was on time and very thorough according to my realtor and the report that I received. He gave me the report the following day and responded quickly to a few questions. We took his suggestions on a couple of repairs, etc. and everything worked out great.
