Mixed berry mason jar Tea Refresher
    Alex A.

The restaurant is small and cute. They have some board games, which is a nice touch. For a drink, I mixed berry refresher was excellent. I loved the fruit, jelly, and chia seeds inside. It wasn't overly sweet or artificial tasting. I am excited to come back and try more drinks. I also ordered the mozzarella sticks. Not bad. Not great. I wanted the calamari, but they were out. Their menu seems to have some really great sandwiches and other snacks, so I am looking forward to coming back and try and more.

Thai tea and Vanilla bean milk tea

I really wanted to love this, but they were unsure of the caffeine level in their drinks, and I get migraines when I have too much caffeine. I got the vanilla bean milk tea with boba, and I'm not suffering any ill effects, thankfully. But I would have preferred to know what was caffeinated or not to be sure, instead of rolling the dice. The drinks are otherwise very customizable, including the sugar level and the ice level. They have tons of options for hot, iced, and blended drinks and snack food options. We tried the Thai tea and the vanilla bean boba, and both were delicious. They have an event this weekend where they are serving ice cream and waffles, which sounded really good! I would recommend Plentea for anyone who isn't concerned about caffeine.

Hi there! Boba flavors and food are always sooo good! However, I have gone here multiple times since moving in the area and every time it takes about 15 minutes just to make one boba. Today, I came in to see there were people here already waiting(it's usually been empty otherwise) and I don't mind waiting my turn. However on other times where it's just been myself I don't understand that.

It's nice the guy kept giving us free food and the Boba was delicious 10 out of 10 would recommend . They also made us feel very welcome which was very kind and they had a lot of games that we could play while we wait

So good! Friendly! Come for a great meal or boba tea! Easy to park and fresh! Thank you Tom!

    Special Gyro plate with chicken

If you're remotely interested in bobas at all do drop by this spot in Thornton. They not only carry a variety of the usual suspects. Their savory side hopefully will surprise you as it did us. My boba report. Their Jasmine tea with Foam & Grass Jelly caught my attention. It's sooo good! Who knew that their Philly Cheesesteak is ooey goeey cheesy good? That their Gyro plate was a savory revelation with that tasty hummus. You have to try it. Their grilled pork Banh Mi. I. Will. Have. Again. The simple plate of fries. Perfectly crunchy and seasoned. What? YOU say. All that? For Real. But let's not forget this is a Boba place. So don't forget to give the boba a spot in your order. I tried the following: L-R : Taro milk tea with boba, and red bean milk tea with lychee Grilled Pork Banh Mi Special Gyro Plate with chicken Philly Cheesesteak Fries To go ONLY.

They have limited seating, but my cousin managed to snag a table where we were able to have a nice conversation. Some places are too loud. Cozy Coffee was not. I didn't even notice any background music, and that's fine if you want to be able to talk, which we did. A lot, for a bit over an hour. We each had a quiche. Hers had bacon. Mine was vegetarian. Mine was tasty enough, as the onion came through the other flavors, which I happen to like. She would have liked some salt, but apparently none was available at the counter. She had a chai latte and I had a green tea matcha with coconut milk. I didn't notice until I got to the bottom, but the coconut was mostly on the bottom. I brought an almond croissant home, which we haven't tried yet. I think I read that they make most of their pastries, so hopefully it's good. I can add to this later if it isn't. What most should know is that they have signage all over the place that says you can't hoard a table and wifi for more than 2 hours. It's obviously a well-liked coffee shop. Too bad it's too small a space.

The pastries did look good but we were going to lunch so skipped on them for now. 'My partner was excited that they do use Corvus beans for their coffee since there isn't a Corvus near us. Matcha was good but nothing spectacular that stood out. Now what did stand out was the size of the cups. I haven't seen a small look like that in so long. The large actually looked like what a large used to be. So many places, a large looks like Cozy Coffees small. I saw people who ordered a flight and the flights were huge instead of small tall glasses that are doubled a shot glass. Very cool to see.

Seated in a booth. Promptly approached by server Harumy, quickly provided with a hot carafe of coffee and condiments. The ambiance is clean, cheerful, and inviting. There is music but it isn't too loud. I ordered the mini-monkey bread (pictured), essentially a biscuit dappled with cinnamon sugar streusel. I didn't love it; I thought it tasted too salty. Still, I finished it so it couldn't have been that bad! I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla (eggs, chiles, cheese, onions, drizzled with avocado cream and served with red salsa), which was very good. Harumy checked on me, and brought the check promptly. You pay at the counter, not directly to the server. I would have given 4.5 stars but Yelp doesn't enable this, so I rounded up to 5 stars. Definitely give Bluebird Cafe a try!

I had to ask the hostess to ask our waitress to bring our drinks because we never saw our waitress again after placing our order. She brought the waters and 1 minute later our food arrived lukewarm. The potatoes were not cooked. We were never checked on again. Then the check came, but the extra bacon I ordered "to go" had not arrived. So she went to get that. We paid at the front with the hostess. It was an extra $5 for 2 pieces of bacon. $2.50 per slice. Is that inflation or price gouging? This is the first time in my life I have never left a tip. I'm usually a really good tipper. And I feel bad about it, but I also want to be taken care of in order to give a tip for good service. This was not good service and the food was mediocre. Would not return.
