I was there this morning to get something done and Irma attended to me. Having read all the bad…read morereviews I wasn't expecting much, but Irma was wonderful -- she was attentive, polite, professional, friendly, and really quick. I have no doubt I'll be back at this location if I need something from a currency exchange. Thank you, Irma, for your impeccable customer service!

Horrible, unkind management that won't help you at all if anything goes wrong. Don't risk it, go…read moresomewhere else! I bought a $50 money order here and the order (plus receipt) somehow fell out of my purse the same day. I immediately reported the loss to the manager here, who initially was really nice and said we could file a stop payment or forgery with the fulfilling bank in 30 days. I had written my name on the order in pen before I'd left the building, so I assumed there would be no problem. 30 days later I returned, and the manager showed me the order had been cashed by someone who was not me. He refused to file it as a forgery, saying that the grainy photocopy he had from the bank showed "no evidence of tampering" -- even though with how horrible the image was, you really couldn't tell for sure! Furthermore, there was plentiful evidence I'd bought that order! (Security cameras, employee testimony, the fact I reported it missing the same day with proof I'd bought it...) When I asked what my options were to get my money back, the manager started shouting at me about how it was "only $50". It's also clear he didn't believe I'd bought it, even though he'd made a note in his own handwriting about the whole situation the day I reported it missing. I tried to remain calm even though this man was being unnecessarily aggressive and rude towards me. When I asked for a copy of his note -- just so I could show proof of the loss to my accountant, accepting I couldn't get the money back -- it took almost 20 minutes of me begging and explaining and pleading to get him to even make a simple photocopy of his little incident report (I run a nonprofit so keeping my books perfectly in order is really important!) And when he finally did, he wrote on it in big letters that he didn't believe me and that the order showed no evidence of forgery. Suffice it to say, a currency exchange experience is not really something that should stick out to you 9 times out of 10, but the one time that something goes wrong you want to have someone kind and understanding who's willing to work with you. This is NOT that place. There are many other exchanges nearby that I intend to take my business to. Lesson learned -- don't just write your name on a money order in pen before you leave, also detach the receipt and keep that separate. And don't expect the manager here to do anything but verbally abuse you if you need his help.

I stopped in to get plate stickers because I was going to be or of town for a few weeks and we needed to remember them. We got there at 8:54 and headed to the drive-up window. As we were circling the building to the window, we let someone pass us, heading into the currency exchange himself. As I pulled up to the window at 8:54 the blinds were just coming down. So they close at 9, but apparently they don't actually keep to their hours. There was nothing indicating that the drive-through closes earlier. I was really peeved by this; it shows how little they care about customer service.

This currency exchange is going downhill. I go there to buy vehicle stickers, registration, getting…read morenew car process done here, and money orders, sometimes notarized documents. They been doing good, so they would be a 5 star rated business but what has happened to me over the course of the last few months going here I am not a happy customer. About 4 months ago I went there to apply for title registration and plates for a car I bought and my temporary plate was almost going to expire. I went there knowing from the past that I can get my titling done and don't have to go to secretary of states office which is always a bad experience standing in line in a stuffy room full of people even pre covid never was a positive experience. So I'd pay the convenience fee to get my car taken care of here. This time however, the woman with glasses at the counter says she can't do this because I already payed tax since the car I brought in Indiana. I told her before I was able to get it done here as my old car was brought in Georgia and it was the same thing I had already payed the taxes and the Asian woman that used to work here named Julie was able to take care of it. Suddenly they apparently can't do it anymore here because of covid. Thought with covid they are trying to do very thing remotely so you avoid the facility in the first place (not that I'm scared of covid, but I just don't like having to deal with state and government offices period), not to have more people at the facility when most services can be done online. I was baffled by her statement because to me it was pure hogwash specially after going on here to yelp and seeing another guy was able to get his registrations and new car registered here from around the same time I visited. I just feel like she was refusing me service and if she doesn't know how to do it then she doesn't have to lie to my face. She could say the person who usually does it is not working today or something along the lines of that. But instead she claims they don't do it anymore. I ask her if there's any way I can do it online myself because I figured she just doesn't want to help me and and says she doesn't know. Strange but OK. Being a Saturday in late March and rainy I know I have no luck even getting to a secretary if state office so I went on the website myself and started the process. I was able to finish it online and mail the application and check (you can also pay with card if you like or choose) and boom I saved myself the currency exchange fee!!!! You don't get a yellow plate (that is if you got your car out of state) so while I waited to get my plates I had stored my car at my friend's house so it doesn't get ticketed for expired temporary plates. But wow. This currency exchange doesn't live up to its advertisement. Then the second thing is the cashier steals your money when you pay for money order or anything else. This happened to me on Monday June 27, 2022 at around 6:50pm right before closing time, I came to make a money order and it was for $45. The heavy set Latin woman that works the counter next to the drive through window said its going to be $45.75. I paid her with a $50 bill and 3 quarters ($0.75) so all she had to do was give me $5 (I don't care which denomination as long as it adds up to $5). She gives me 4 $1 bills and hesitates and gives me a quarter with it. I look at my money and her and was going to say something but I didn't because there was another customer next to me and also because it's almost time for them to close and lost $0.75 is not so much. But I was upset because this is not the first time it happened. I had to cancel a money order one time probably about a month ago and it was issued by there currency exchange. I did the stop payment and the process costs only $10 only to have the male, slender with gray hair and always masked, take an extra $40 from my refund. Thought the fee was $10??? So why take an extra $40 off??? My hard earned money. I understand maybe he was overwhelmed with the multi step process of the money order refunding but just like they have sign at bank to count money before leaving window, the currency exchange employee's should count the money before giving it to customers. He immediately disappeared when he saw me counting my money and looking vaguely at it for what he took. I am not God but that's why God Himself is watching over everything and everyone. People who handle money need to be honest and not keep it for themselves when it's not there own money. I understand they get frustrated, overwhelmed and tend to look things but this has happened when the shop wasn't even busy. And I can't say they were in a rush because they weren't. That's why you have to be careful shopping at this currency exchange. I will continue to shop thereafter but will use caution and try paying them in exact amount to prevent theft of my money.

ABSOLUTELY STELLAR SERVICE WITH STELLAR RATES!…read more I was embarking on the arduous task that is car hunting. I'm fairly young, and got my first credit card only a few months ago. I did online searching and everyone advised to get your financing through the credit unions. They will almost always be cheaper (And thank God for the internet they were right! The dealership wanted to charged me 15%!! interest on a used car! crazy!) When I arrived at First Financial, I was greeted by Ariana. She explained the basics of how financing with a credit union worked. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She said I had been approved. I came back when I had finally gotten the bill of sale from the dealership. Ariana wasn't there so I spoke with the other loan officer Nancy. They approved me, and gave me a terrific interest rate. They even insisted on sending the check directly to the dealership. Some problems arose, and Nancy was extremely helpful. In short, the dealership could not find the check and Nancy helped track it down and insured they received. She is also probably the promptest person I have ever encountered, she replied back to every one of my emails in minutes! All in all I'm very pleased with the service at this location, and look forward to continuing to do business with you.
