Also, if you're a lady you don't have to worry about dudes oogling the spandex while you're trying to workout. The bathroom is super clean. Their free weights are great!

The instructor cueing keeps your mind occupied the whole time and I love the challenging workouts! Don't forget to wipe off your equipment at the end of the workout. What's next for the children? Who allows this? When you allow this, the center will go down. The community goes down also. This is not upbuilding, this is tearing down. This is a disgrace.
