I would recommend written guarantees as far as what any deposit is intended or he will use it as he sees fit while you wait. Any questions regarding finances will immediately provoke a personal or irrational response to change the subject. He has more excuses than former-employees, which is impressive as I can think of well over a dozen in the months of frustration I had my vehicle there. After the 10 months and close to $20,000 I spent between him and parts, I had to have it towed to someone that will actually work on it and knows what they are doing to put it back together. He damaged a brand new fender November 10th and will still tell you he plans to get it fixed. How nice of him to make things right at his convenience. I could write a book about how badly this experience has gone. As such, Im happy to answer any questions and share screenshots of our text exchanges because I can assure you, you will not believe this is a real business talking to a paying customer. email: masterofexcuses3@gmail Before he responds that Im the problem do this simple exercise, Google both our names and bookings/release and you'll see the truth. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle and money to someone that will appreciate it. Edit: Josh is worse at telling the truth than he is repairing vehicles. At least 75% of his "clarification" is either deliberately changed to help him look better or just more flat out lies. The truth is he only came up with the "the customer drained the oil himself and deliberately damaged the motor after being without his truck for 10 months is there anyone with a functioning brain that thinks that sounds truthful? Its all in text message and Im happy to show anyone that is willing to believe the nonsense he spews out on a daily basis, most of which directly contradicts what he said prior. Just look at any negative review and find where he takes ownership...it doesn't exist.

Next I tried Route 66 Auto - and I am sooo glad I did! My problem was very unusual, and not easily diagnosed. He also performed some needed maintenance I requested, as well as found the reason my car had been running a little rough. She now purrs like a kitten & keeps me icy cold when it's hot outside. The price was very reasonable & was much less than replacing the compressor, which was what I feared would be the solution. Edgar's knowledge & experience has extended the life of my beloved 2006 Hyundai Sonata, and has her running like she was brand new. This visit was a bit different. The circumstances leading to the needed repairs were different. The outcome was better than expected. I have a 2015 Nissan Juke that I've had over 10 years and I take great care of it. 3 years ago we moved from the mountains to Myrtle Beach. The heat and salt air caused a bubble to form on the hood of the car. It was filled with water. I popped the bubble to drain the water and the damage got worse. It looked awful. I wish I would have taken a before picture. I thought I was going to have to have the whole car repainted. Nope. I took it in to SC and Daghan said, "no problem." The cost was minimal and less than a week later I picked the car up. His communication is amazing. I didn't have to make any calls to remind him I was waiting. The work done? Flawless.
