I called bullcrap on them and took it over to Gothenburg tire and automotive and after Ray had gone over it we found that it did not need almost half of the work they claimed! They had told us it had an upper oil pan leak that they wanted over 1400 dollars to fix and it did not! They told us that both the front and rear brakes and rotors needed replaced and only the rear ones needed replaced! The front ones had over 3/4 of life left! They told us that one wheel had a broken lug and stud and it did not! They told us the ball joints were loose and they were not! They told us it needed an alignment and it did not! This place used to be a great place to go and now that Vic is gone they have turned into a bunch of crooks! We had in past years purchased several vehicles from them and always used them for oil changes and mechanical issues but not anymore and if you are smart you will steer clear of this place! All necessary repairs were made by the service team at no additional cost to myself, and I was even offered a courtesy vehicle to drive in the interim. They even dropped my vehicle back off at my house and returned the courtesy vehicle when repairs were finished. I travelled from Denver to Wood River to buy a truck I had been looking to purchase for months. But between unfair prices, vehicle history, vehicle condition and less than scrupulous sales people I was having a difficult time of it. Aaron was a pleasure to do business with and although I bought the truck and a mechanical problem was discovered when I got back home, Aaron made it right. He refunded my money and arranged to retrieve the truck from me. I wish I could give 5 stars plus, plus to this dealership because they hit all the marks.
