After sending the pictures he gave me a call to let me know that the heater wasn't actually connected anymore and therefore didn't need fixing. Yay. We set up time to just fix the guest bathroom leak. Andrew showed up on time and fixed the toilet and bath. He was nice, fast, and affordable. Overall I'm really impressed with Tidewater Plumbing.
