I was completely fooled when the 2 men who were Eastern showed up! One spoke English & interpreted for me. He seemed to be instructing the other on how to proceed. They were paid $400! I advise you not to hire them, neither seemed to know what to do, they shouldn't be working, probably don't have a license. Beware.

They didn't empty the something with the old water heater and that ended up flowing through our ceiling. Chris did the right thing and after many iterations was fixed. Just had our tankless serviced by a different firm and was told several issues should be addressed. First, The black gas line outside of the house going to the water heater needed to be painted to stop /slow corrosion, that wasn't done. The gas line going to the water heater in the crawl space is all incorrect and will require 4-6 hours worth of work to fix. I would have hoped Chris would have been onsite to oversee the job. He was not and I would guess he did not inspect the installation after being told it was completed. Just be warned.

Never bolted outdoor unit to base. Fan in 1 unit is failing already. Contacted Dennis to which he replied unit has 10 yr. warranty but does not incl. labor. We just install units, warranty is with manuf. So you install garbage and then want to charge me for labor to repair, seriously! In addition my $40 shovel disappeared mysteriously. Not sure what is going on with this company, they used to be reliable. Looks like they are providing on the job training with little experience. My advice is find another reputable company as Mitchell is not that company. They will never step foot on my property again. Hope this review helps somebody in finding a company to install their next unit.
