I ordered a Rain Bird Round Valve Box thinking that I could use it extend the height of a sprinkler box that is buried too deep and causes anyone not aware of this issue to step into a hole created by this being too deep. The local Lowe's and local Home Depot stock didn't have the 7" . I was excited when I discovered Plumbers Stock merchant on Amazon while searching online. They have the 7" round valve box with cover. And the price was inline with similar products. I was very pleased that the product arrived in a matter of 4 days. The item was impressively well manufactured, too. So well made that I couldn't use it because I realized that I didn't have the skill and strength to cut through the material with only a hacksaw and I'm not confident enough to use my deceased husband's skill saw. So, my plan to cut its height down to about half and piggy back the new box on top of the old one to raise it to ground level had to be rethought. I regrettably had to seek a return and refund. Per the refund instructions, Plumbers Stock requires an approval of returns and if approved they will assign a RMA # to be referenced with the return. I contacted Plumbers Stock by phone and was dreading the ordeal that I was sure would follow. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my call being answered by an actual person named Jake. Jake was very helpful in communicating to me the steps needed for the return. We had a slight miscommunication at the initial email that followed but that was quickly resolved by this same customer service rep, Jake. Was pleased that my 2nd inquiry was stilled handled by the same person and I didn't have to be repeating my request to a different person. Jake was helpful in keeping me up to date throughout the return/refund phase. Even though I couldn't use this item, and technically didn't end up buying anything from Plumbers Stock, the service I received from Jake on the return process and the quality of the item itself that I ha to return is enough for me to confidently come back to this merchant/store again when I need home improvement products. read more

John was amazing !! We originally purchased a circulator pump for our boiler. This pump was on back order and we actually received it pretty quick. After getting it installed the pump didn't work. We just spent $500 on a faulty pump. We think it was due to the shipping company the box looked as if it had been thrown around a lot. So then the whole process of trying to return the pump for a new one started. it was so frustrating the girl I spoke with acted like she could care less (Of course it wasn't her that was out $500 and a pump that didn't work). Needless to say after a long an aggravating process I was stuck with a pump that didn't work and out $500. I made one more phone call to bypass the girl that was supped to help me with my return and I ended up with John on the phone. A whole new ballgame he stayed on the phone with me step by step to get this pump replaced. He went above and beyond. He was amazing and truly cared. I ordered some up dux grill covers. Unfortunately, they were not the correct ones as they did not have the flap that our original ones had. I worked with Jacob to get them returned. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. The shipping was very quick too! He sent me an email with detailed information on how to return the order. The only issue I had was that he stated that the items need to be returned to their office "double boxed" so that the manufactures box was not used as a "shipping box" or else I would be charged a 15% restock fee. The only issue I had with that was, the box that the items were shipped in were not "double boxed". I sent him photos of how I received my order, and he at least agreed to not charge me the restock fee. Having that I had to pay for return shipping (which would be my responsibility) I had no problem with that. But, UPS charged me $40 for the "outer box" and shipping. Jacob was super helpful. I need to call craft direct/plumbers stock because I had an issue placing my order and not being able to get the 15% discount that was being offered. I spoke with a nice man named John, who was very very helpful with me! He put me on a brief hold while he looked into this and did credit my account for, the amount that needed to be credited back for the 15% discount. We also discussed a few other things about this company and he was extremely helpful! I have ordered from this company before and was extremely happy when I received my order!! This is why I just placed three more orders with them! They are great!! If you order on a week day by 2:00, your order gets shipped out the very next day!! I read a few mixed reviews about Plumbers Stock prior to placing my first order. I'll say that I have had nothing but a great experience. I called to place my order, and I spoke with Mia. She was fantastic! Mia was very knowledgeable about which items were available for immediate shipping, she was very courteous, and very professional. I elected to only order the items that were in stock (in Utah.) The ordering process was quick and easy. My credit card was charged about two days later, and Mia provided me with three FedEx tracking numbers for my order. All of the items I ordered arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Two of the items I ordered will need to be returned (completely my fault for ordering the wrong item.) I will update my review once the return process is complete. I ordered a utility sink for my garage from Plumbers Stock, sold on Amazon. I placed the order on December 3, 2022. The sink was scheduled to be delivered between December 13-14. To my surprise, it arrived much quicker than I expected and was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, it was damaged. I contacted the seller immediately via Amazon and within hours I received a response from Mia S. She asked me what the issue was and requested pictures of the damaged sink. I provided what she asked for and the next day, I received another response from Mia letting me know a new sink would be shipped to me within 24 hours. To my surprise, I received the new sink within four days and it was packaged very well and in great condition. Update: Just realized that ps will only provide a return label if the incorrect part was sent or the product was damaged during shipping. Wouldn't have ordered from them if that was the case. Ordered a toilet that I thought I was going to use but circumstances out of my control changed my plan. Now it will cost over $300 to return the toilet which I obviously will not be doing. Hey all, had to find some hard to find parts and Plumbers Stock had me covered. Individual manufacture equipment can be a pain as we know because the fittings can vary from manufacture to manufacture, so you have to go with the same one. Was happy to find everything I needed here from the right manufacturer. One of the parts I ordered, I needed to return because I overordered. When I called, I got John and he did a great job working with me, getting the info I needed and made the process easier than it typically at other companies. Plumbers Stock sent me the wrong item in the picture and getting them to act was a nightmare. I've email several times with no response. I've called and all they said is we have to have from your email. They sent me a RMA# to return the product, however Fedex does not use RMA, so I have to drive home and make them give me a shipping label. I've followed several times for the status of my refund and had not luck. They do not care that my project is delayed and I cannot use my shower. They just sent generic responses. Run away from this company. The customer service was a joke and they pull a bait and switch. As you can see the other reviews for this company match my experience. read more

I am renovating two bathrooms in my home and I was looking for some Delta very stylish, water saving shower and bathtub trim kits. I was able to find thes two kits at Plumber Stock. The bathtub trim kit was promptly sent to me. The other shower kit was found in a sister company in Calfornia. I called the order desk this morning and talked to Jake. I asked him to please remind the other warehouse to send me a tracking number and to send out the shower trim kit asap so we can get started on our renovations. I needed a cartridge for a sink ie from Pfister...Went to Home Depot and Lowe's they looked at me like this is what we have...nothing close to what I wanted. So , walking out of the Lowe's noticed a picture of a Pfister bathroom sink..it had the part....but I had to purchase everything..ie handles, faucet and other items... First, I will start out by saying that the staff at this company is very nice and helpful. Also, due to the pandemic a lot of things are back ordered and hard to find. I found these guys on Amazon to order a specific part that is for toilets. Not only did they have it but the price was even better than bigger retail stores. I'm surprised by the reviews that say this company is hard to reach. Today & yesterday I had to call the company several times about an order I was placing. Most of the time, I got through to someone in a couple of minutes. If not, the call went to voice mail. (I wish I would have been kept on hold like what other companies do.) We had ordered 2 tub spouts from Plumbers Stock to replace the one we owned that no longer diverted the water to the shower head. When we received our order we found out that they did not work with our set up. We called customer service and the gentleman that talked to me had an attitude that I was bothering him and he really didn't want to talk to me. I need a specific type of hard to find HDPE pipe with reasonable pricing and freight to its value. What I need turned out to be out of stock. I need the pipe delivered to a freight forwarder in Washington to ship to remote Alaska, Slow is ok. I can circumvent its need on the job for awhile, that it actually makes it is critical to finish the job and fulfill my commitments. Working with John was great. Ultimately his follow-up plan gave me confidence that the product will get in route after the 4-6 weeks it will take to get the item back in stock and on its way. read more
