I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available. Yes he's knowledgeable but that's too much to ask for. He ended up breaking my wall which wasn't needed since the leak wasn't there and I got stuck fixing it or having someone else do so. He's young so I'm sure he's still getting the ropes of customer service but for us, that was the last time we will contact him for any questions or services. I ended up doing everything myself and have had no issues since but I would of been at a lost of almost half a grand if I would of gotten his service. I only spent fifty in parts and did the job myself. Sometimes it's better to ask YouTube for help instead of the amount the young plumbers ask for. I appreciate the tips he provided as that helped me fix my issue but not the tag it came with if he would of done it.
