This is after spending a lot of money with them over the years. These folks have gotten too expensive and so I will looking for a new plumber.

What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point.
