It has nothing to do with the quality of care, but instead focuses on the reviewer arriving eight minutes late and then having to wait about ten minutes due to something unexpected coming up for the nurse. Nurse Amanda is a human being with real-life responsibilities, just like any working professional. Leaving a one-star review over a brief wait--especially after arriving late--is completely unfair to both the nurse and the business. VIOLATION OF HIPAA, threatening, and bullying. I have been going to forever ageless for years. I am beyond surprised at the level of unprofessionalism I've recently experienced along with a threat from the medical director. I received Botox on 09/08. The provider Amanda left the door open while speaking VERY loudly. I told her I was uncomfortable and she still let the door open. I contacted the office on 09/14 to let them know of my concerns of the HIPPA violation and also that my Botox was not done properly. I was leaving for a month long trip and I was asked to send in photos, which I did. When Nicole called me back, she was very rude and told me that if the provider felt uncomfortable, that they would keep the door open. Unsure what I've ever done to make anyone feel uncomfortable. If that were the case, why would they continue seeing me as a patient? Or why wouldn't they bring in another nurse? I asked to either receive a credit, to be refunded, or if they could fix it. They said there was nothing they could do because a month had passed. Keep in mind, they KNEW I was out of town for a month & I contacted them a week after I got the service done. Flash forward, I asked to speak to the medical director. I told her my concerns and again, nothing but unprofessionalism. She told me if I wrote a review, she would file a police report for extortion, as she was laughing at me while I could tell other people were in the room with her. Threatening a former client for writing a review of a terrible experience they had? Unsure how that is extortion. People have the right to know what I went through & to know what type of business this is. Lizzy - pushed me to do more filler & had multiple negative things to say about the previous injection (used to work at forever ageless) who I absolutely loved. I showed Izzy photos of what I wanted for my lips & she did not listen to me. She kept pushing me to do more filler in my face as well and said the filler the previous girl did, didn't even work. She even was pushing a payment plan when I said I didn't want to put that much filler in my face. My lips were ginormous. Multiple people ask me if I have them done. Less is more is that dr. Joe preached. Amanda - left the door open and was talking SO loud. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe while she had the door open. There was no privacy. She also didn't tell me how many units she was doing - which every injector has told me. I was surprised what my balance was when I checked out. Which I don't understand could have been when my face is messed up now from her. It seems a lot of people have had negative experiences here, which is very sad. This place was amazing. I don't know what has happened in the quality of people that have been hired. When you are doing anything cosmetic you are in a vulnerable place. My last two visits made me so uncomfortable and unhappy with my looks. Please be careful. read more

I've been going here for 14 years. This place has been steadily going down hill. With my last procedure I was quoted $1100 and charged 3x that amount! The office manager and staff are rude and unprofessional. Instead of doing their jobs, they were talk about the bars they were at the night before! Amanda is so friendly and made me and my friend feel really comfortable. Her knowledge of the muscles in the face is out of this world. She really knows what she's doing. I trust her! I absolutely love Dr. Micheal Cerni. He's fantastic at what he does. He's conservative and has great taste. He listens carefully and is gentle. It important to find a Dr. with good taste that won't make you look like a blow up doll. He's not here to scam and take your money and have you leave looking all silly. He actually cares about his patients and knows that each patient is like a business card of his. The office staff is also kind and Zara has always been very genuine and welcoming. The customer service here has really gone down hill. Years ago, phone calls would get answered after one ring. Now, it goes to voicemail or you get put on hold and forgotten about. I was trying to schedule my free birthday facial (which you only have 2 weeks to use)- first time I called 30 minutes before closing, I got put on hold for 25 minutes and forgotten. I tried calling the next day at multiple times of the day and kept getting voicemail. If they're not good about answering phones or getting you off hold, I didn't trust they had a timely policy in place to returning voicemails so I kept calling until I got through to someone. Plus this was 3-4 days into my 2 week time frame to use the facial so I didn't want to delay trying to get something on the books. Their soonest for a facial was 3 weeks away, when I told them I was trying to book a birthday facial and if they could make an exception to the 2 week limit since their first available was so far out, she asked when my birthday was and if I had called in that day. I mean it was my birthday, I was a little preoccupied. She begrudgingly said she'd make an exception this time but in the future I needed to call on my birthday. I was out of town on that day so it didn't work out but a few things stood out to me. 1. Phone calls no longer seem to be a priority at Forever Ageless. Expect to have to leave a voicemail or be put on hold for a while. 2. Customer service/customer satisfaction also doesn't seem to be a priority. The person I spoke to was not friendly and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Why offer a free birthday facial when you're not really even willing to honor it. Pro tip: if you have a birthday coming up, call about a month in advanced so that you can book it within 2 weeks of your birthday because they will not make exceptions or will be rude about it. This was the first year I knew of this through the FA app and I thought if I called within a few days of my bday, they would be more accommodating to provide the service. I was wrong. FA has great prices for Botox and nicefacilities but I'm not sure I will be back. read more

They wanted to charge me more than $4000 for treatment with a "new" laser that apparently no one knew the name of. When I asked for a cost break down, they said they will provide that after the procedure is done. Wtf? I felt sorry for the receptionist but she was rude. Maybe because she has no idea how to provide a real answer to customers. The place is a rip off. Go at your own risk. I opted to go to another place that had transparent accounting. I've been to many places around the area for botox and fillers and have been coming to Forever Ageless for the past year. The whole team I've worked with are very professional and are not in the business to take your money. I have been to several nurses that recommend way too much filler and botox. I like taking recommendations from my nurse at Forever Ageless, hoping she will want to add filler every where but she recommends against it and instead, offers a more natural alternative. I had to have dissolver in my lip this week because the filler tends to float over time and for the first time had an allergic reaction and Laura and Dr. Cerni handled it immediately and very professionally and I felt stress free while they quickly resolved the problem. She checks and tells me they can't see me today because I arrived 10 minutes late. If I had not asked her, I would have probably would have waited there for God knows how long! A little communication goes a long way. They could have told me before making me sit and wait that they can't take me because I was 10 minutes late! After I spoke with the manager she said they are going to change their procedure because of what had just happened. I'm relatively new to the botox world, and was nervous at first, but my girl Amanda made me feel so safe and comfortable. They definitely know what they are doing here. I understand this place has good prices, but what about service and quality. Do not mess up your beautiful face. read below. 1. Few of my friends and myself got botox from this place they last not even a month. OneI was sitting in the back-waiting area one of the nurses was pre-loading the botox syringes When I saw her doing that she got nervous and move to different area. Her name is (Leah) On another appointment I was in the exam room the nurse of the other room came back and inject the left over botox back into the Botox bottle. I was like is that safe to give the left over to someone else. 2. They won't give you perfect service, they will leave marks, holes and scars on your face so you go back for more service. 3. Doctor is very shady, he tells you the treatment and tells the front desk something else. Be careful. 4. They sell services you don't need. If your best treatment is option A, they will sell you option B and option C. Maybe later talk about option A I know few other people who feel the same about this place.
