The staff here have been welcoming, kind, and extremely professional. The studio is always clean, and you don't have to worry about noise while you're in your session. The sauna bays are always functioning properly. You can adjust the heat and lighting, which is a plus.The sound system inside the sauna is great. For entertainment, you can watch Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, or YouTube. They also give you a refreshing lavender face towel at the end of your session. Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I am not sure how much beneficial that was. However it was a great time meditate . I highly recommend this place. It is welcoming and inviting.
