I was even nervous about going there if I didn't follow the exact steps for dropping off a package, even though I was a regular customer. Now it's different. The staff are much nicer. The current employees are very friendly, kind, and extremely helpful to customers. All of the employees are kind,not just one person in particular. I truly appreciate this positive change

She said 2 were the same and were "scanned twice". I thought this might be correct because 2 of the items were ordered together so that sort of made sense to me at the time but it turned out to be a big mistake. Looking at the 3 screenshot they are all different returns. While the other 2 items are processed as returns the 3rd one isn't showing up and I have to dispute the original purchase with my bank because someone here didn't do their job. Additionally this location has terrible holiday hours and bad hours in general. If you return a package a little before closing it won't be processed until the next day. Avoid this horrible location!
