I have been going to Dr. Tanne for many years. Dr. Tanne really takes the time to sit down with you and listen to your concerns. She gives you her opinion, she is honest, and lets you make your own decision on how much or how little you want to do with any of her services, if anything she is conservative, she would rather take things slow building on anything that you feel is not enough. My skin has never looked so good under her care. I get compliments all the time, and how smooth and radiant my skin looks. Her staff is also amazing and very caring! I would recommend her to anyone! Dr. Tanne gets it. I am not walking in with a suitcase of cash. I tell her how much I can spend and she whips out her calculator and figures it out for me. She never makes me feel uncomfortable about money...but most importantly Dr. Tanne is an artist and the technique/products she uses on me are by far the best. Makes me wish I'd found her in my 40's!!!!!! Not to mention Dr, Tanne throws a Holiday Party for her clients....catered food, bar, gifts galore, massages and coupons for future treatments. Most UNPROFESSIONAL and HORRIBLE experience I've honestly ever had with a cosmetic/doctors office. I've been to their office three times and every time it was a bad experience, but the third and final time tops it off. Never going there again! I've never written reviews before, but had to do it this time... First visit: I scheduled an appointment (weeks in advance) for a consultation on a Saturday and a chemical peel on the following Thursday, requesting time off work. I needed to do most of the peeling on the weekend as I can't miss work. I also travel a lot, so I worked around the peel as I needed to have it done, and it costs me about 100-150 just to get to/from apt because of car service. I call in that Saturday to ask for directions, while on my way there, and they tell me they have no record of my appointment, because they don't do consultations on Saturdays, but they have me scheduled for a consultation the following Thursday (the day I scheduled to do the peel). I was so angry, they screwed up my apts! Because of that, they could only squeeze me in for a peel that Friday, leading me to miss work on Monday, since most of the peeling takes place 3rd and 4th day. Second visit: I was hesitant to go back there but unfortunately that was the only office within driving distance that offered that particular peel, and I loved the results. I needed to do a series of three, so had to go back there. Again, I scheduled the peel, weeks in advance, for a Thursday. The week of the peel, I call to confirm my apt, and what do you know, Nicole (who does not knowing how to do her job apparently), again, has no record of my appointment AT ALL, and they tell me they are not even open that Thur for some special reason. Well no one bothered to notify me, or reschedule my apt. The cosmetician even remembered me making the apt. Again, ended up doing the peel that Friday and having to call sick to work Monday, all of which could have been avoided. Third visit: I only went back there because I really wanted to complete my series of three peels. Again I scheduled weeks in advance with Nicole (note - each previous visit I did the medium peel and scheduled for a MEDIUM peel this time also). This time I confirmed my apt twice, to make sure nothing happens. Again, I get time off work for an apt, I arrive there and they inform me that they don't have any medium peels, they are out of stock and Nicole for some reason put me in for a light peel. Unbelievable!!! There is really no excuse for a business to be so unprofessional and irresponsible, how inadequate and pathetic do you have to be to fail three times in a row!!!! I would not be surprised if I go back there and they accidentally put the wrong product on my face and damage my skin... seriously, this place cannot be trusted... read more

I'm SO thankful that I stumbled across Dr. Tanne and her staff. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and her eye for beauty & technique for administering fillers is amazing. I have been going to Dr. Tanne for about 2 years now focusing on improving the overall appearance of my skin with a series of Fotofacial and Microdermabrasion procedures. The results have been nothing short of terrific. Everyone has noticed the difference in my skin and Dr. Tanne's judicious use of fillers is so natural that I just look well rested and good - not "cosmetically enhanced." Most importantly, my skin looks better than it has in years. As a professional woman that is very important to me. Dr Tanne understands my goals and has been extraordinarily sensitive in her choice of procedures permitting me no problems with downtime from work. Dr. Tanne has taken the time, whenever I have inquired, to tell me about new procedures, and has carefully pointed out those she feels are appropriate to my goals and those she feels are unnecessary. As a result, I trust that she is very professionally guiding me carefully in helping me look good as I age. The office is lovely, though frankly, I have never had to wait so I haven't had any time to sit in the reception area. The feeling is very professional, yet soothing. The record keeping is meticulous, so that Dr. Tanne has been able to show me record of my skins progression - which is really amazing to see in photos. Finally, I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling and the front office care in making appointments for me that fit around my work schedule. I have been going to Dr. Tanne for over 4 years and will respectfully disagree with what I see written here. I've had Botx, filler, skin treatments and other services at her office. I've always been pleased with the results. I believe it is up to the consumer to ask the right questions and discuss with the service provider what is going to occur. She has always provided all the information I requested, gave me information in some instances that I had not thought to ask. I am not one to throw away my money on ineffective treatments or poor service. I have always had my appointments confirmed a day or two before by the office which calls me. She always checks to make sure the numbing agents she uses have taken affect before she continues. If I felt if necessary I feel comfortable to tell her to wait. I recently had an under eye fat filler treatment where they take fat from your hip area and after combining it with a stabilizing agent inject it back under your eyes to give you the volume and lift without surgery. I think it came out fabulous. The area under my eyes which were sunken in and sagging are now like they use to be years ago. I plan on continuing to use Dr. Tanne and would and have recommended her. I would also recommend that anyone ask questions for any service they are paying for. It only makes sense. read more

Stay Away! To begin with she is a family practitioner who touts herself as a plastic surgeon. She is extremely unprofessional and a money pit. She actually wanted to charges me 25.00 to write a prescription. Yes you read that right! I had been a patient for over two years at that time. She doesn't back up her work at all. I had 3-4 Fraxel laser treatments which cost over four thousand dollars..... first of all she NEVR used numbing cream on me and it was very painful. Then her before and after computer photos proved it did absolutely nothing to improve the skin condition. She refused to give me my money back or credit. What she did do was offer me more treatments at a cost. Honestly though the last straw was when she wanted to charge me to write a prescription. I had a huge fight with her and her receptionist and never went back. Stay Away! read more

GOD AWFUL ! Dr.Tanne is extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention a little nutty she talked to herself for a good 10 minutes . My injections were lumpy and looked terrible . She couldn't "see" what I was talking about until the before and after pictures were side by side . Then she said she "didn't know" but it wasn't her fault . I wouldn't go back to her if you paid me . You have been WARNED stay away if you don't want to be ridiculed and then come out looking like a freak read more

I absolutely never write reviews but I, like LZ felt compelled to do so. A couple of years back I went to Dr. Tanne because of her advertising of how well she does fillers. I spent a couple of thousand dollars to get butchered. I had a huge blue bulge under one eye that had to be removed with a so called filler remover and I feel my eye has never looked right since. She is definitely not an artist when it comes to fillers. I think I looked older instead of younger. I don't know who the people are who are giving her great reviews, sometimes I think those are fakes. Well I don't usually like to bash but wanted people to think twice. Dr Tanne just did the most BEAUITIFUL job on my face and I had to share... I am a 15 year ... full time model and an actress on TV and film. I needed Botox BUT needed a natural look. My clients would not hire me if I looked frozen or couldn't express myself through my facial expressions. Dr Tanne took so much time looking at my face. (She even photographed me to see where I need extra attention) She explained to me that Dysport may be a better option for me any why. I decided to try something new. The way she evaluated my face and injected me with TINY tiny needles was impressive. I hardly felt it! Within 24 hrs I could see the subtle changes. I have to tell you that 9 days later I look INCREDIBLE! It's so subtle and I have movement, too. Dysport works so much after than Botox! Dr. Tanne was right...Dr Tanne asked me to do a follow up so she could evaluate my progress and we went over my photos today. Needless to say, I'm very happy. I wanted to write this review so people would understand what an artist she is... these reviews below are so frustrating to me.
