I didn't have pictures nothing and she gave me a really good haircut. Really took a lot of hair off and she also colored it. I was happy with the color. It's a beautiful salon. There are not a lot of great looking salons in the desert but she just opened after this remodel and it is really gorgeous. It's in Palm Desert kind of in the middle of everything so it's a good location. It was a lot more expensive than I usually spend for my hair, but I was happy with the result. Hair Cut was $120 but she took a lot of hair off and next time she said it would be $50 and more of a trim. The single process color for my roots was $120, plus $100 for a shine product to cover my ends so the total with tip was $362. Expensive yes! Will I return, definitely! Gotta look good ha.

When I reached out to get the duplicate charge corrected and asked for a refund after the damage they caused, they were unwilling to make things right. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, I felt ignored and taken advantage of. Not only am I now spending time and money trying to repair the damage they caused, but I'm also dealing with the frustration of being overcharged and not being refunded. The emotional toll has honestly been just as bad as the financial one. Watching your hair fall out after trusting professionals is heartbreaking. Hair takes years to grow, and this isn't something that can be fixed overnight. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this salon to think twice. On top of his skill, his enthusiasm for what he does is over-the-top. Was on vacation from Canada in the Palm Desert area and really needed to get my highlights redone. Saw all the amazing reviews here and got an appointment with Patrick. Let me just say that my blonde is difficult to achieve and I have gone to a lot of places during the years. Well I just can't believe how gorgeous my highlights turned out! Patrick is a master with blondes! The highlights he gave me blend so perfectly with my grey that they basically are non existent. Beautiful icy pearl blond. No brassiness at all which is kinda impossible on my hair, but Patrick pulled it off with ease. Almost passed out when I saw my bill though. Crazy expensive! I can't say enough good things about Patrick! He's not only incredibly talented at what he does, but also just an all-around great guy, a cool dad, and always full of thoughtful ideas and solid advice when we chat about our families and raising boys. He's taken such great care of our whole family and has even gone above and beyond to cut for our two little ones, which says everything about the kind of person he is (even though he is FAR more talented than that and could easily stick to just high-end adult cuts!) Update... decided to change my hair color drastically! Patrick took the time to explain the process necessary to change my color without damaging my hair. Color came out beautiful and glossy! I am so happy with the results! Was also happy to see that they added a full line of Moroccan oil! I am obsessed with their shampoos and conditioners. Make sure to also make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure after your hair appointment! Upgrading to a hot stone manicure and pedicure or deluxe pedicure is worth it! I have seen Patrick now a handful of times both for cut and color and I am never disappointed! I am a light blonde that doesn't like any warmth and he gets it nice and light every time. I am super picky about demarcation lines and saturation and he always gets it right. Not only is he super talented but a nice guy all around.
