Well if you like to be threatened while asking people to do a job then this is a great company. During our limited time together when they came in I said you were an hour late to them one of the guys decided that I must've said something else so he called his boss and this gentleman named Alan Lutz calls one of his guys and tells him give whereas Allen decided to rip me apart for how I was treating his crew and since I have nothing to do with this move except open the door and close the door I didn't care. This is when Alan decided to call me a dick and later his crew when they decided they were going to dump and go. This meant they were going to take the stuff off the truck and put it back where they found it even though I wasn't there client somebody else was. Now as his guys were leaving they decided the gentleman with the small building a beard said he was going to put his fist through my head through the wall this was heard by the client as well they don't have a lot of ability to control themselves. Alan has also told me that if he runs into me he's gonna kick the living shit out of me let's see I'm a 64-year-old gentleman but that doesn't seem to bother him so he'd be happy to kick my ass. He also laughed at the idea that somebody would report this to the Redmond police funny we're going to do that we think that this type of behavior needs to be controlled. Top-Shelf Premium Service! I bought a leather sofa and wood desk from a local furniture store that contracts with a delivery guy that is supposed to call the customer within 24 hours after purchase to arrange pickup and delivery of the furniture. After 4 days and having the furniture store re-fax the order to their delivery guy, I still never received a call. I was tired of waiting and wanted my sofa and desk. So, I contacted PMC Movers who immediately empathized with me and stated that they could pick up and deliver my furniture in a few hours! Huh? What? WOW!!! How often does that happen? You call late afternoon and they pick and deliver just a few hours later?!!! I must admit that I was a bit suspicious, initially. But, sure as heck, they called when they were on their way to the furniture store and gave me an estimated time that they would be at my house with my furniture, and WA-LA!, just like clockwork I had my furniture the same day in a matter of a few hours! Alex and JJ were very friendly and professional on the phone and their delivery guys were just the same! Just good ole down-home decent professional business folks with outstanding, above and beyond customer service, and all at a very reasonable cost! You can't ask for much more than that, but if you did, I'm confident that these guys would come through 110%! I'll be using them again and again for sure! read more

Recently hired this company to help us move. The move date had to be pushed back a few times due to the remodeling work going on with the new property. The company was able to accommodate us and stayed in constant communication to make sure we were ready. On the moving day, received a call 15 mins prior to the trucks coming over. As promised the trucks showed up right on time and the process started immediately after a quick walkthrough. The crews were well trained, they helped to take apart the beds (which I was too tired to do) and packed the truck well by strategically planning how the stuff should be loaded. Despite how fast and efficient the crews worked, the loading process took a good 4-6 hours (lost track of time due to lack of sleep). Over at the new place, the driveway is sloped down from the main street. The bigger truck could not be parked close to the entrance of the house. The crews expensed additional energy to move the items down the slope. Not a small feat. The entire process took a good 8 ~ 11 hours. The crews were able to deal with our kids getting in their way (both loading and unloading and I lost counts on how many times I have told them to get out of the way) and work while maintaining their composure. I would give this company 10 stars if the website allows me. This is an excellent company to do business with. Highly recommended. read more

Moving is stressful enough - do yourself a favor and use PMC moving. I have never left a review for anything before, so the fact that I am doing this shows how much I loved them! PMC was recommended to us, and we couldn't be happier. We had a COMPLICATED move - they moved us from a 5000 sq ft home into PODS, then came back a few months later to move us from the PODS into our new 3 story house...which was not finished and was still a building site. Then they came back a THIRD time to move in our pool table (which they had stored for us, since it wouldn't fit in the POD) and put things into position once we had more of a house, and less of a building site. Each time, they worked with us very flexibly on timing, called a few days before to confirm plans, then arrived on time, efficient and ready to work. The guys all worked steadily and quickly, and were professional, friendly, and super helpful. My husband - also known as the World's Pickiest Man - was enormously impressed with how quickly they worked (given that we were paying by the hour) and how skilled they were. As we are coming to the end of a two year building process and a complicated move, the guys at PMC were seriously the highlight of the process! Couldn't recommend them more! read more

This is a great at company! Last week they moved my 76 year old boss from her condo to an assisted living facility. Not the easiest move for someone and PMC was extremely patient and kind to her. Smitty was so understanding with her and knew how hard of a move this can be on someone. All three of them, JJ, Matt, and Smitty were thorough, fast, and respectful. They worked hard to get her stuff on the truck quickly and even made a pit stop at Home Depot to pick up a wheel that a piece of furniture needed that had been missing for a while. I knew that was a huge help to her as probably she wouldn't have fixed it, (she had not fixed since it broke off a while ago), just too many things to do with a move and too many emotions to deal with in filtering through her possessions she has to get disperse of. When they arrived at her assisted living apartment they quickly put her furniture in place and were very accommodating when she misplaced her purse and was unable to locate it. Would definitely reccomend these guys to anyone especially those moving into assisted living. (They even gave her a discount for moving into that particular place. WoW! I recently used PMC Moving for a move from the Seattle area to Eastern Washington. Prior to hiring them, I called four moving companies. Two gave an estimated price on the size of the house and two came out and prepared a detailed estimate based on a walk-through. Both who walked through were very thorough and professional, but I chose PMC because their price was just under half of the lump sum price estimated by the other company, who had warned me about other moving companies having so many add-on's their price would be much higher than originally estimated. I am more than pleased with the job PMC did! Alex had a small crew come the day before moving day to prepack art items I couldn't do myself. On moving day, I got a call saying they were on their way and the 5 guys who came out were fast and efficient at wrapping my furniture and getting everything in the truck, which was an epic feat! The following day Nick & Matt unloaded and unwrapped in just a few hours and nothing was broken, dented, or scratched. In the end, the final price was still under half of the other estimate! Talk about blown away!! PMC Moving not only agreed to do our move on a Sunday, but their team of Dan, Matt, and Josh showed up early and ready to work! They were fast, efficient, polite, and professional. Care was taken with my fragile items, large items were wrapped, and they set things back up on the other end. Not one item was scratched or broken and they asked for direction on where I wanted things put during the unload. They set up my beds ,put my kitchen table back together, and even helped me lift my TV onto its stand. They went above and beyond to be courteous, attentive, and gentle all while moving at a startling fast pace while unloading my belonging into my new 3rd story apartment. Alex and his crew of Tyler, John and Matt saved the day. The day began with me, my brother and his son heading to Redmond to help my mom move from the apartment she's been in for nine months since selling our family home after dad's passing. She had arranged for a moving company (NOT PMC) to arrive this morning - she was told the crew would arrive between 9 am and 10 am. Several calls later with the only response being, "we will check with our crew and get back to you" (which they NEVER did), I reached out to a friend who gave me PMC's (Alex's) name and number. I called Alex, he said he had a crew in the area and thought they might be able to help and that he would call back in 10-15 minutes. He did, and they were available - he gave us a window for when to expect them (Tyler, Matt & John). The crew showed up as promised and two hours later my mom was successfully moved. I have moved approximately 10 times in the last 7 or so years, and my team today was by far the best moving experience I've ever had. My team today was Tyler, Oscar, and Memo, and they were INCREDIBLE. They handled my things with utmost care. They listened to my instructions and requests, they then REMEMBERED them when those items came up later. They packed the truck absolutely perfectly, everything was stable and safe. They were polite, respectful, and extremely efficient. There was zero dilly dallying, they got the job done hours before I thought they would. We all know that moving sucks. They make it less sucky. I would most definitely use PMC Moving again!! They called me the day before my move to check and see if everything was still a go. They were 15 minutes early and ready to go. The crew lead was a guy named JJ and he was amazing...Actually, the whole crew was FANTASTIC. They all had great attitudes, they hustled from start to finish, but yet they took the time to properly protect all my furniture!! I also had an antique China hutch, which weighs over 300 pounds! They wrapped it up like a mummy and made moving it look EASY . From initially talking to Alex, to having JJ as our Moving Lead, PMC was awesome! We recently moved church campuses & contacted PMC for a quote. We received excellent customer service, they walked through the building with us & all the various rooms, helped me process how to pack for efficiency and offered assistance should we need it. They were not pushy in any way about adding services, just genuine offer of assistance and helping me to be aware of all that they offer. On our move days, it is hard to express JUST how amazing this crew was. They arrived on time, walked through the staging areas, made a plan, and quickly executed it. I honestly believe we'd still be moving today had we done this ourselves, rather than being completely moved in two days with PMC. I I don't usually do reviews but wanted to give my great experience with these guys a shout-out. Used this company on referral from a friend. They moved the contents of my storage unit in Shoreline to another unit in Burlington. Communication with Alex was prompt & timely. Tyler & Jimmy loaded a 10' x10' storage unit in under an hour and unloaded at the destination as quickly-in the rain. The cost was reasonable & actually at the end of the day came in under the original quote. Included in the final cost: I had a framed artwork that was too big for me to bring home in the car, so they left it on the truck & dropped it at my house on their way back to Lynnwood. Our experience with PMC Movers was excellent!!! Communication with the office to schedule, organize and confirm this move, was both professional and courteous. Our moving crew consisted of three gentlemen. Daniel and his team were efficient, friendly, hardworking, honest and polite! While we had a complicated moving situation involving two pickup locations and three drop off locations, Daniel and his team communicated both with us and with each other throughout in a friendly and respectful manner. What a great job and it was a huge stress-reliever to have professionals who know the facility and could efficiently get everything moved in our tight window for the elevator. We had to move a 5 bedroom house into a POD, we moved a lot of the small stuff ourselves, the biggest challenge was the heavy stuff - so I called PMC. We had some very heavy large awkward bedroom furniture to move down a flight of stairs. These guys were amazing. They wrapped and padded everything we could lift ourselves and placed it in our POD. I'm very happy and satisfied with their service. The rate was decent and they showed up on time. I would not hesitate to hire PMC again. We will be calling them again to unload the POD in a few weeks. read more

PMC movers were stellar! I used them to move from a house to storage to house again and they were very professional. Nothing was damaged, they took care of all my things including antiques. They helped pack things the day of the move too. When they came back to move my things out of storage, we found rodents had invaded and they helped move, clean up and take pictures.
