I've been coming here for 3-4 years and while they always try to sell their other services and products, I put up with declining so often because I like the way they do my brows. However, this last time really threw me over the edge and I've finally decided to never give them my business again. The lady was trying to sell me the brow lamination special because my "brow hairs going in a lot of different directions". I declined after her asking 3 times. Then she tried to sell me some lip oil because my "lips are very dry" and I also had to decline twice. She then asked if I wanted to tint my brows so that "you don't have to wear makeup and you'll look pretty". I came straight here to get my brows done after leaving cancer treatment so the unnecessary, rude and degrading comments are completely unappreciated and inappropriate.
