Let me first start off by saying I am so picky with my eyebrows and I had a previous microblade lady who messed me up. Right after that I never let any one touch my brows but me. My friend recommended Amy and I asked to come in and see if it's fixable or not. Honestly Amy is so kind and caring I never met any one like her. She kept reassuring me and put hope and faith back into my life. I had two sessions of camouflage work with my eyebrows and I noticed the old work was coming out. I am so happy at this point that I couldn't wait to see the finalized session. I finished the old tattoo removal and she proceeded to draw new brows on me. I chose the natural feathered look eyebrow look and so she shaped me and started the steps. The tattooing was not painful at all since she used lidocaine numbing cream. It took only 2 hours and when I saw the my new brows, I started tearing up because she made me a new person. It really changed the way I felt about myself and I had my confidence back. I've been wanting to microblade my eyebrows for months and I FINALLY DID IT YESTERDAY! First and foremost, I would like to say how AMAZING Amy is. She was very professional, sweet, informative, and detailed with her work. When arriving to the location, the address brings you to a residential building. The actual location is 4 doors to the right of the residential building (they all share the same building number). The door will say "SOLA", once you enter you make go downstairs to find suite #11. The studio is very clean and welcoming. Amy was very thorough when explaining the procedure and the after care of the microblading process. She asked me a few questions about how I would like my brows shaped and what shade of color I would like it. There were times I couldn't decide and asked for her advise/recommendation. Amy was very honest with her suggestions. The procedure itself was painful in the beginning. Amy informed me about that before she worked her magic. After applying the numbing cream, the pain wasn't as bad. I was able to tolerate the pain throughout the entire process. During the middle of the procedure, Amy noticed I had a very mild case of rosacea. She stopped the procedure and asked if I needed anything to make me feel better. She was very mindful and considerate. Once Amy was done with her magic, she handed me a mirror and asked how I liked it and if there is anything she should fix. Girrrrrrllll let me tell you, Amy did wonders to my eyebrows! Now I don't have to spend 30 minutes trying to make these bad boys look even every morning. I absolutely love the results. I will be coming back in 3 months for a touch up! I recommend her 110%!
