The shop is very clean, and it offers all the current colors, treatments, and services. Sometimes I have a specific idea of what I would like for either my nail color or the design. Other times I have no idea what I would like to do. Sue continues to know just what I want when I don't! I can't believe that it has been over eleven years now that I have been a customer at Green Lovers Nail Boutique. Over the years, I have also come to know several other customers, and it is such a nice feeling to see old friends and meet new ones. I love the oasis that Sue and Julia have created and I am so glad that I get to visit it regularly.

I have been coming here about every 3-4 weeks and the work is still high quality perfection. Other salons I've been to tend to get comfortable and the work is inconsistent. But not here! Katia has been doing my manicure and Victoria has been doing my pedicure. They are both so great and pay attention to details. They keep my nails looking perfect and fresh for weeks- consistently!!! Again, the salon is so well kept, clean, and has a great and relaxing environment. They also serve coffee, water and other beverages (and chocolate!). I couldn't recommend anywhere else.

After my original review, the owner personally called me to apologize and assured me they wanted to make things right. I genuinely appreciated that conversation. Unfortunately, within days of my appointment, my gel manicure had already begun chipping, and my natural nails had been filed so thin that they were breaking. I sent photos, and the owner invited me back in. Before I could return, my family experienced an unexpected loss, so my plans changed. Once I was back in town, I reached out to let the owner know I was available to come in, but I never received a response. At that point, I honestly assumed the offer to make things right had simply fallen through. I ended up booking an appointment with Sonia, and I am so glad I did. Sonia completely changed my experience. She listened to everything that had happened, apologized even though none of it was her fault, and took incredible care with my nails. She explained how she wanted to help my natural nails recover, paid attention to every detail, and made me feel like a valued customer again. What impressed me most was that Sonia even offered me a discount out of her own pocket because she said she represented the salon and wanted me to leave with a better experience. She absolutely did. Customer service isn't just about fixing mistakes--it's about making people feel cared for. While I was disappointed that I never heard back after reaching out to the owner, Sonia stepped in without hesitation and accomplished exactly what the salon had originally promised. Sonia worked with me with helping me decide which pedicure I wanted and then said she would be doing it herself. Sonia was friendly, professional and detailed. Sonia asked me questions to make sure I happy with what she was doing. When I asked her to file a nail down a little extra or tried to ask her questions about things, she never once reacted rude or short-tempered. She actually was quite patient with me, as I am ticklish on my feet. I was very happy with my experience at Blink, specifically with Sonia. I will definitely be going back.

Right the next day on Monday I was on the hunt on yelp for a new nail tech to help fix my nails. There was no way I was going to keep that for 2-3 weeks. I found this yelp page and said "screw it! I was looking for a new place because the previous nail salon was very limited in design. So I reached Apt 624 Nail Bar, through yelp to book an appointment. They responded within the hour, which I thought was great! We booked a date and time. I'm really into my nails and was so excited for this appointment . I already had the color and design in mind and be ready for Valentines. The day of the appointment with Apt 624 Nail Bar, she sends me a text at 1:36 pm and my appointment was at 2:15pm, to move the appointment to 3pm. I text her back at 1:37 pm confirming the new time. I asked for a text back to confirm. At 2:45 pm I had not heard from her and was so upset that she had no regard to me as a new client and my time. I text her with disappointment and how I couldn't believe I was treated this way. I get a response back at 3:08 , saying that she just read my message and had two clients late to their appointments. How is that my fault?? That's not something as a customer that I have to deal with. No apology or reschedule or anything! She left it at that. So let down by this nail salon. The girls at the front are full of life and have been kind the four years I've been coming here. I've had an issue once with the polish and after calling to let them know, they were immediately helpful in fixing the issue. I can tell that they do their best. I normally just walk in but when I get the chance I love Tony for pedicures, he gives a great massage! I try to avoid the weekends and am usually seen right away. I absolutely love coming here on my days off and plan to stay here! Highly recommend!
