The staff were next-level friendly, and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed being there. They welcomed me when I walked in, and told me about the drink specials and other amenities at the cafe such as reservable spaces (only for capital one cardholders) and events! I got a cherry vanilla iced matcha latte from the spring menu. It was good and the presentation was nice. It was extremely sweet, so I'd get something else if that's not your thing. They told me that the summer menu focuses on blueberry and ube, so I'll definitely have to try that out! It was somewhat crowded, but there was plenty of seating and outlets. This is the perfect place to get a good drink, get some work done, and even get banking errands done if you're a capital one customer. That was the case here. The line for a teller today was over 25 minutes and only one teller was working. There are multiple people including a manager behind the counter not working...just standing around either talking or using the computer. There was one lady kind of serving as an informational liaison so I asked her if the tellers were in the back, she nodded yes. I went to the back and I approached an open teller. I had some coins to deposit and she asked me how much money I had brought...I said, I did not count it...I was hoping they had a coin counter...she said NO. So I had to manually count all the coins and then proceed with the deposit. The place is very chic and modern...there are several BofA offices as well as Merrill Lynch offices in this location. We reached out to him back in March 2022 when I was stationed in NM. When we finally found "the one" the process was so smooth it almost seemed too easy. Like they really gave us the keys to a house?! Haha that's nuts. But it's just proof that his 100% drama free mantra is absolutely true. As a South Florida native too, something else I really appreciated about Nick was how evident it was that he has roots and connections here. Every other party we needed to work with throughout the home buying process he recommended was amazing, from the home inspector to our mortgage lender. After closing, we had some minor hiccups and Nick's still been there for us. We're so excited to settle into the perfect first home for our growing family.
