On our question where is our money out of the account he said "the check was sent out a week ago and you should receive it". But we never received it. They send you a letter and tell that their decision isn't based on your credit file, but if you call them on it, they only tell you to request your file from the reporting agency. Now I am sad they have my info from the app and I see this is a pattern of poor service from them.

Like a big bank it's rules are firm and there isn't much leeway when you feel you have to protest an unfair charge. If you follow their rules there's usually no problem but if that checking account goes under the minimum, you'll here about it. I feel I'm paying too much for a safe deposit box and I never took a loan there, I always did better elsewhere. Probably the best thing about this bank is I could almost walk there; it's very convenient. That and the staff are always friendly.

At the very end of it all I STILL DIDN'T receive the service I came there for, A SIMPLE WITHDRAWAL!!!!!! I'll just visit my local branch tomorrow and guess what, I'm closing my business account and going directly to Chase bank! Side note: I never had a good experience with this bank. I've opened and closed four different accounts with Fargo and the worst experience is when Fargo bullied me through our home mortgage renegotiation during the housing crisis. She called last week because of unusual check activity. Someone washed a 50$ check of hers changing it to $6,000. She did all the right things like contacting the back and closing the account. opening a new one. She's been a customer for over 40 years. I called today about the call she received advising her that WF would be terminating services to her. I was on hold for 2 hours with WF Risk Protection department. After they answered, they put me on hold and the call was terminated. They suck!!!!
