My issue lies in that I've asked on both visits for additional work to be quoted by the tech. Not asking for it to be done that day, just to get me a price estimate to give them more work. Both techs took photos and notes, said they'd get back to me with that estimate. Nothing. Months apart, have followed up with the office requesting an update and was told the tech would get in touch with me, still crickets.
