The first time we had him out proactively to do several smallish plumbing jobs on our 45 year old house- including replacing our water pressure regulator. Tom's work was exactly as promised- both in scope and price. He completed the work and we could not have been happier. This second time- we called Tom in to fix a mystery leak. He found the problem fast, fixed it fast and now there is no more water dripping into my basement. Tom delivered quality work at a fair price- which I have come to believe is just the way he is. Garrett replaced the water line through my basement wall from the outside feed, installed a new pressure regulator and shut offs. The customer service experience is as good as it can get. They answered my call on the first ring; I got a call back from Garrett that day and an on-site visit and estimate the next day. Pricing was very fair. I have unfortunately had to use Tom Kris & Sons a couple times and I could not be happier. They have responded to my voice messages both times in a very quick manor. I never have a plumbing issue during business hours or weekdays it's alway at night or weekends. This last more I had to use them my PRV went bad on a weekend night and they were out early on a Monday to correct the issue The service tech kept me posted prior to his arrival, diagnosed the issue and made the repair in less than a hour. We have done a whole house remodel. Tom Kris and Sons did all of our plumbing. From the brand new kitchen run with an under sink R.O. water system attached to our fridge, master bath with spa jets and shower, new half bath and new laundry as well as the Jack and Jill, a wet bar in the game room, and a new hose bib outside. Everything! They have been the best. The job has taken about a year and every time we needed them to change or fix something they have been here on time, ready and happy to do the job. Tom Kris and Sons have done two jobs for us. The first was to install a toilet. Not a big job, but we have an old house and things are always way more difficult. Even with our older system, they were able to install the new toilet very easily. The second job was to install a new tankless water heater. Both jobs were done very professionally with excellent attention to detail. They kept their appointments and kept us up to date on how the jobs were going.
