We've been grinding on swing fundamentals for 8 months, and I now have a very legit swing! This Spring I've been back out on the course several times and I finally get how golf is FUN! I'm still a high-handicap, high-scorer beginner golfer, but now I LOVE it. I'm super motivated to keep getting better and I enjoy the process. His knowledge of how the body works is unsurpassed. A lot of my friends are PGA pros and whenever I've asked them for help with my swing they tell me the same things I've heard before. The course is short, sweet, and refreshingly unpretentious. It's perfect for first-timers, rusty returners, or anyone who thinks golf should come with laughter and lake breezes. Adding a response to the owner's comment: The first THREE…read moretee boxes are NOT in the same position they used to be AND regardless, they are not even angled towards the holes, anyone can see this. The first has been moved by a LOT & the 2nd by multiple feet to the left (impeding left handed teeing), and then the third also slightly to the left. The 9th tee box has also been moved by multiple feet to the left, towards the fence line, seemingly prioritizing a cart path for the owner's work cart. The current owner may not have played at the old pitch & putt enough to realize these changes are in fact CHANGES, but they should be able to open their eyes and realize their new maintenance crew isn't lining up the box to the hole. Also, anyone with eyeballs can see where the old tee boxes were, compared to where they are now. Stop trying to gaslight me. The placement of the rubber tee being on either side of center hole in the mat is NOT standard. Why is there a center hole if it's not going to be able to be used? At the driving range the center hole is used too....I have a relatively narrow stance & straight hips - I feel sorry for anyone that doesn't, because they're going to be falling off the mat. Nice job blaming your problems on the previous owners. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This 3 par golf "course" has new ownership as of 2025 (due to some incompetent person at the city). The course condition was atrocious & it's only May. The first three tee "boxes" are not even slanted towards the holes. The person who positioned these tee boxes must not even play golf. On hole two a left hander wouldn't even be able to tee off without immediately hitting into the trees that line the edge of the golf course. These "new" tee boxes are literally just mounds of uneven dirt with a slab of fake grass NAILED down on the 4 corners. These mounds are not level & they don't seem to have pounded crushed rock beneath the surface, so I can't imagine them not washing away every winter. The nails that held down the tee box are 8" long and on one hole the nail had come out of the ground and was sticking up for anyone to severely impale themselves on it. The rubber tees that are used with the mats are put on either the left or right, not in the center hole?! Again, whoever put this set up together must not play golf. You are practically standing on the very tip of/ edge of the mat when teeing off, instead of being able to center yourself because they positioned the rubber tees incorrectly. Anyone that is larger or has a wider stance, or more curvy hips will have a problem. The greens....OMG. WTF happened?! They look horrific & are in REALLY bad shape. The worst greens I've ever seen, anywhere, even comparing to miniature golf courses. It's an embarrassment. Before you play they make you sign a waiver releasing liability for their negligence - luckily these sorts of waivers often don't hold up in court when/if someone gets hurt by their negligence. Watch out for those 8" metal NAILS on every tee box. The pricing went up. The person who took our money is in no way shape or form a part of the maintenance squad and had no clue what I was talking about when I first explained my complaints. Don't you want someone who knows about golf to take the money & be able to fix things like loose 8" nails??! Why oh why did the city change ownership??

This is a great hidden gem in Seattle…read more -------- Highlights: Super well-maintained courts, great lighting, awesome indoor climate, generous court time near closing Disappointments: Customer service is unstructured, rates are hard to read and unclear, no tennis balls provided for play -------- Parking is abundant and easy, so it makes being here stress-free from the start. The front entrance is wide and easy to spot thanks to the large blue banner out front. Inside, there's usually two receptionists, but the process felt a little unstructured. Pricing is hard to read in person and you'll have to ask what to do and when to pay. The courts are pretty top notch here. They extremely clean and cared for. You can rent single or double courts, with pricing based on group size. There are curtain dividers for privacy and to keep the balls from drifting between courts when you play. A major plus is their flexibility near closing. We booked a one-hour session, but ended up playing about 90 minutes since the prior group finished early and the light stayed on past 9:15. They don't provide tennis balls, so make sure bring your own. This is a solid choice for reliable indoor tennis if you are in the area.

Better ideas and advises were given. She sees players carefully individually not only giving them fun time as like other tennis clubs do. They had sumner camps too. We didn't really feel like we played the course, we survived it. The GPS in the carts is nice. However, it can be a bit nanny cartish for my true liking.
