No, he's not cheap to work with, but he's committed to getting it done right and is willing to explain any task/expense. Any mortgage payment, reimbursed by our son, would be significantly less expensive than rent anywhere else for them, even considering an increase in insurance and property taxes. Unfortunately, due to our odd lot shape and placement, along with the short distance between neighbors, there simply was not enough room to have a prefab that large delivered to our tight backyard. Extremely disappointed, we now must explore other more expensive options. Everyone with whom we dealt at Wolf was so pleasant and professional. Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. He made sure he cleaned up everything and checked in multiple times along the way to make sure everything looked good. Super impressed and have hired him for other projects now too!
