So I came in for a interior detailing for my 2010 Cadillac CTS , baby on her last legs, but…read moreeverything electrical and engine wise worked great, my heater and ac worked , my radio had no problems , I came to pick up my car and they had already left for a mobile cleaning so I paid my invoice got my keys from the lock box and opened my car to a BEAUTIFULLY SPOTLESS car I ain't ever seen it look this good. I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Update: will be going back in in Friday to have them completely dry out the interior and hopefully fully dry behind the button panels! Thank you guys for caring!

Ian was awesome and their shop definitely takes care of every single detail. HIGHLY recommend this place for an interior detailing.

We had our boat hauled into this shop while we were out of the country. Our boat stays in the water…read moreyear round and was dirty when it came in. Now, the guys who hauled it out should have washed the goose poop off of the swim platform. But the owner threw a huge fit about it not being cleaned. Honestly we figured it was part of the service. After a lot of fuss the owner said they would just clean the boat. We were very grateful that we didn't have to arrange to have the boat hauled out of their shop and then cleaned and brought back but if they had the capability to clean it all along why make it such a big deal? I think they even charged us something north of $1,000 to clean the hull of a 23' ski boat. The next issue came when the boat was ready to be hauled back to our slip. Our driver called and let us know there was an issues with a tire. He didn't feel safe trailering the boat with a bad tire and we asked him to leave it there to get the tire fixed. This again was turned into a huge issue. According to the owner the trailer came in with a flat tire and he couldn't understand why the guy wouldn't haul the boat without fixing the tire. I get that the shop needs room to wrap other vehicles but come on. The boat was there for two days after we were told it was done. Between this and the wash we were made to feel as if we were just an inconvenience. When we finally saw the boat we realized that the black paint we were trying to cover up was still partially unwrapped. To be fair we only talked about wrapping the hull of the boat and the part that was not wrapped was above the rub rail. With that said if we wanted to wrap the black portion of the boat wouldn't a good expert point out that this portion should also be done? We contacted the owner and asked if they could also wrap that part. They said they could and then they said they could do it in the slip. Given the issues we had hauling the boat in from last time we opted to have them come to the boat. It's been four weeks since that conversation. Every week the owner has said he would come out to see the boat with us in person. Every week he says nothing to us and then makes an excuse when we follow up. Finally last week I gave him an out. I let him know if he doesn't have time or doesn't want to finish the project to just let us know and we will go another route. We got a response that was all about him and how busy he is, how he is booked out, and how coming to the boat isn't as easy as having the boat come to him. But he again agreed to meet us at the boat this week. And again we heard nothing from him. Here's my issue, it's not hard to treat a customer with respect and show them that you value their business. Even if you're a busy shop you should take the time to help customers with issues without making them feel like your time is more valuable than theirs or blowing them off over and over again. It's not difficult to communicate with people. Sure, you may be busy today but how long are you going to stay busy If you treat people with zero respect. Working with customers isn't all about the payday, it's about making them feel heard and that their business is valued. At the end of the day I wouldn't send a single person to this shop, why would I want any I know to feel the same way we did...
