I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Update: will be going back in in Friday to have them completely dry out the interior and hopefully fully dry behind the button panels! Thank you guys for caring!

First, I paid $2000 for the bad workmanship working on my vehicle. Second the materials took over 1 month to here, third his quality of work is bad, he rush the job in one day on my vehicle. We inspected the wrap and there was a lot of air bubbles on the vehicle and smudge on some areas plus the vehicle was dirty window shield was not clean or on the front. I came with my wife, and I thought that it was weird then Alex told me it will cure, and it will be gone in a couple of hours or weeks so if it does you can bring it back because it has a 1-year warranty. Somehow, I don't believe it. After looking at my vehicle thoroughly on the PPF and researching how it is supposed to look. I see a lot of errors / flaws in the quality of work that has been done on my 2026 Tesla one. There are a lot of air bubbles and the lines on the PPF are all wrinkled and smashed together, and I am pretty sure that will not come out. Also, it is not lined up correctly and found extra PPF that is not glued on. I also had a second opinion from this tint place in Tacoma. They said it was bad workmanship and quality of work, I remember I asked you if you did a lot of Tesla's in your shop, and you replied yes. Also, it would take two days to get it done but it seems like you rushed to work on my vehicle in one day with a crappy job on it and he didn't take your time on it. So, i am very disappointment with the work on it. I asked for a partial refund and refused to answer question that answer and didn't want to give me a refund. I would not recommend taking your business over there, the worst experience dealing with the owner and operator.

Before making the decision, I probably asked Anthony more questions than most customers. I went back and forth on what services to get, and he was always patient, never pushy, and took the time to explain the pros and cons so I could make the right decision for us. At no point did I feel pressured to add anything I didn't want. I also spent way too much time trying to decide how dark to go with the tint. Anthony walked me through the different options, explained how the white interior would affect the appearance from the outside, and shared what he had on his own vehicle. In the end, I trusted his recommendation and simply told him to tint it like his car. I'm really glad I did because it turned out exactly the way I was hoping. When we picked up the car, we knew we had made the right choice. The Quicksilver paint looks incredible. The depth and gloss from the ceramic coating really stand out, the PPF installation is practically invisible, and the tint came out perfect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire car were outstanding. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Anthony genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in making sure everything is done right. He treated our car with the same care and attention that I would expect if it were his own. If you're looking for PPF, ceramic coating, or window tint in the Tacoma/Puyallup area, I highly recommend OCDetail. We're extremely happy with the results, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust Anthony and his team with another vehicle.
