They listened to me, but I felt he blew me off like a bad cold. I was using their Amazon return service. There were two people in front of me and about 6 or so people behind me waiting. There was one person at the Amazons return. She stopped in the middle of a return to check out a customer. I couldn't believe it.I saw maybe two customers in the store. There were more employees on the floor than customers. Several of us asked if there was anyone else to help and basically got ignored.i noticed one young man moving boxes around. He was "working" right in front of us. He finally said he would help the next person in line. I got up there and I said "you've got to be kidding me. You saw all these people in line and just now you offered to help?" He told me that he had just come to work and had some things to do. I grew up in retail and know what good customer service is. To say the least it was anything but good customer service. I asked him if I could speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him he better get his shit together then, because there were so many people waiting in line, and he just did his own thing. He said he had his shit together and that the Amazon return was a courtesy service and then said "do you want to return this or not" I could not get out of there fast enough. Everybody in line was complaining. That"manager" needs some basic training in customer service and respect! I will never go back to Staples!

Went here to see about shipping a special package that needed a specific sized box. I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. I will be hiring Aaron again soon for some other projects, he was very easy to work with, and stayed within his estimate which was reasonable to begin with.

Went to try the touch-less drive thru car wash today. There are 2 bays. They also had self serve…read morewash areas. Prices are reasonable. You get free self vacuum after you wash so you can't be mad about that! The wash itself is ok. It's nice to do as in between going to a car wash with brushes it doing it myself. There are some areas it just didn't get too due to the little overhang on my back window. I had to wipe it clean as it was still dirty. The vacuum we had needed some attention. The suction was not strong. When looking in the hose there was debris stuck in there. Overall it is what it is. Good to maintain but for a deep clean. Is it worth the drive?....yes
