First off, let me start by saying that I am writing this review regarding the terrible experience…read morethat my sister in law is unfortunately still dealing with. Purchasing a vehicle doesn't stop when you drive of off in your new ride. Following through with a sale doesn't end when your customer drives off of the lot. My brother Scott purchased a truck from Tom Boland Ford in Sept. 2014. Skip forward ahead to July 2015. My brother Scott passed away unexpectedly. Along with many other things, Scotts wife Courtney was left with an extra vehicle payment that she just couldn't afford by herself. She called the dealership and filled them in on what happened and explained her situation. She asked what they would offer her for her to sell the truck back to them. They gave her an embarrassing offer. She decided to go ahead and trade it in to another dealership. When she called Boland back to ask them simple questions about how this process works, they would never return her call or they would hang up on her. Most recently, was yesterday. She called and got a hold of some lady. Courtney simply asked her what steps needed to be taken to get this process going. The lady hung up on her. Courtney called her back. The lady said if Courtney is going to go to a different dealership, "They can help you!" I am completely baffled by the poor customer service. To me, it seems like this dealerships only concern is to get vehicles out of the door. I work in sales myself. I personally find this kind of behavior embarrassing. Fortunately, Courtney is working with an amazing dealership that gave her a generous offer on her trade. They have answered all of her questions and picked up the slack for Tom Bolands poor excuse for a dealership.

Eric took ownership of my extensive problems with a dud car known as 2025 Honda CRV hybrid. Bad fuel injectors, crack in piston and more sent this car to the shop several times for many days. Do not recommend this car. I do recommend Eric. He is top notch. He kept me informed almost daily of the car repair status. He really took it upon himself to take care of me. I cannot speak for the rest of the repair staff but Eric shines! FOLLOWUP: In order to rid ourself of further problems with the 2025, we traded it for a 2026 CRV based on reports that the 2026 was a much better car not beset by the 2025 problems. We dealt with Kunes again. Pleased to report they gave us a fair deal on the trade. I say fair becuse they knocked a few hundred bucks off the MSRP which is about all you can expect on a high demand car like the CRV.The sales rep, BEN, was topnotch. He was professional. No pressure. Process went smoothly. I don't fault Kunes for the manufacturing errors. We drove away happy and hopeful. Thanks BEN for your assistance

First time I went there for an oil change and tire rotation, they put some hubcaps on incorrectly and I couldn't even get to the valve stem. The second time it went there, is was for another oil change/tire rotation and a P0847 transmission sensor code. They told my daughter it had metal shavings in the transmission fluid and it need a whole new transmission. They called to speak with me and quoted me $7,000. And I just laughed at them. I called the The Tranny Clinic and they were able to get us in fairly quick. They replaced the sensor and did a transmission fluid flush and only paid $450. They said there was no metal shavings in the fluid.
