"GET IT DONE AT POCONO MOTION BODY SHOP" My family has issues keeping cars the way they were suppose to look. I'v been to a few other body shops around the area. Paint peeled and flaked after a year. Parts that were put on did not line up right some started rotting out in under 6 months. Than I came across Pocono Motion Body Shop. I have no complaints of anything that has come out of this shop. Lines are perfect. Colors match up flawlessly. To look at the job you cant tell where the work was done. The last thing i had done was a 97 Subaru Outback. My daughter hit a deer in the front end. Rich did an excellent job with a very difficult task (replacing upholstery, airbags, and the headliner, among other stuff). He called me periodically to notify me of the progress, invited me to come check in, answered the phone when I called, knew my name, etc. He was honest, professional, and stands by his work with full warranties. My wife had hit a deer cracking our front bumper pretty badly. I brought it down to Pocono motion fully expecting to A. Need an entirely new bumper and B. Be without our second car for at least a few days and with three young kids it would be a nightmare. After a short conversation about the estimate and the work needed I guess they picked up my desperation and instead of taking advantage of it, they pushed my car to the top of the list, plastic welded the crack and had my car back to me in an hour! Rich and his crew did a great job bringing our van back to its original shape. He provided an estimate quickly and accurately and stuck to his numbers. The job was done very well and on time. He generously took out other miscellaneous scratches and knicks on the hood even though it was not part of the originally job. Everything was coordinated with the insurance including rental car, which we were able to leave at his shop after we pick up the completed car. Great service from these guys. I took my 2010 Jetta there In the beginning of July. Three different body shops told me they couldn't fit me in for three weeks or more. This shop had me in the same day with a quote in just a few hours. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes fast, good quality service. Amazing, excellent work. My daughter's car was near totaled and we got it back looking brand new! The same car was rear-ended a month later and it was fixed quickly at a very reasonable rate. At the same time, my car was hit-and-run in a parking lot and Rich took pity on me and did an excellent job making it look brand new at a great rate (quickly too!). I had a pretty good ding in the right front fender of my Mercury Marquis. Rich gave me an estimate of cost and time to have the work done. The total cost was exactly what he said it would be and in the time frame he gave me. The work is outstanding and you can't tell there was ever anything wrong with the car. This review is a little delayed. These guys do great work. My family has always brought their cars here to be repaired. I moved away from this area 6+ years ago. On a visit this past year, due to a family health emergency, I had a tiny little mishap with a telephone pole with my rental car and my flight home was in two days. Quality work. My 2004 Hyundai Sante Fe needed a back panel, a new bumper, light, and quite a few other parts. Rich worked really well with my insurance company who estimated the car with used parts up to the point of totaling it. He saved my car, the panel and bumper are beautiful now, the paint job is flawless, the work quality is excellent.
